    Note:
    1. College Time Table to be coordinated by time table
    committee- Convenor- Prof. Z.K.Ansari, HOD Maths

    2. Students attendance to monitored closely by the


    class Coordinator. HODs to review every week and ensure that
    parents of students with less than 50% attendance in every
    fortnight are kept informed.

    3. Students to be informed that attendance will be


    counted from 31st January 2011 onwards. All scheduled classes
    will be considered for working out the percentage of attendance.

    4. As per University ordinance, 75% attendance is


    compulsory to appear in sessional and final examination-
    theory as well as practical

    5. A student will not be permitted to appear in


    Sessional Exam if he/she has cumulative attendance less than
    70% in the concerned subjects.

    6. College timing: Monday to Friday 8-30am to


    04-30pm
    Saturday: 08-30am to 01.00pm
