in the carriage weight load due to the carriage running speed and stopping distances

• Only authorized users can access to the carriages which they required to use supervisor
programmed remote control key for access to carriages.Authorised people can override

• PASSIVE SAFETY, a feature that may be activated or deactivated .When

activated the requires a user to touch the touchpad on both sides of the open
aisle prior to creating a new aisle therefore a user would normally see if there
is someone in that aisle.
• PHOTO or INFRA-RED SAFETY SWEEP for aisles, running along both sides
of each mobile base.If a person or object cuts this IR beam , all moving units
stops immediately .
• MOTOR DRIVE TIME OUT , If all safety features are fails then the drive time
out will activate by cutting the power to all moving units after a 15 seconds.

• SECURITY BAR, external security bars are installed both side of the each
carriage block for preventing person to close working system more than
required distance.When person come closer to running system more than
adjusted distance both sensor bars stops all moving units immediately.

carriages and cuts electricity to the entire block of carriages for Emergency.

No reprogramming is necessary when power is interrupted.

Aisle spacing can be re-programmed to accept any depth of media.

Aisles can be parked in left or right direction by pressing the remote control key.

SBOX has built-in 24V DC Flouresan Lamp Power &Control Output ;

When the aisle is opened it automatically turn-on all the flouresan lamps
and than turn-off when the aisle is closed.

The motor is available for moving loads from 2.500 kg, up to 15.000 kg
per carriages.It can easily be changed at later date for your load requirements
SBOX is capable to drive any universal geared 24V DC motor.
