Annexure II - LIST OF EXCLUSIONS

• Supply and installation of necessary switch fuse units for the equipment is under
Customer

• Scope of supply and the specification of the same will be provided by us.

• Supply and execution of necessary Pneumatic pipe lines if required is under

Customer scope.

• The drawings and details for the same will be provided by us.

• The civil work for grouting the equipment is not in the scope of this quotation.

• Primo will provide a drawing for the same for the customer to execute.

• Anchor fasteners / Foundation bolts are not under the scope of this quotation.

• Primo will provide the details of the same for the customer to procure.

• All Electrical Power & Earthing cables from the above mentioned switch fuse
units is under customer scope of supply and the necessary technical
specifications will be provided by Primo.

• Any Cable/hose management system required outside the equipment is under

the customer scope of supply.

• Supply of hydraulic / gear box oil for the first and subsequent fillings are to
Customer’s scope.

• Laying of Rail track for Rotator Trolley movement is under the scope of customer.
The drawings for tracks will be provided by Primo.

Price Basis: Ex Primo works

Packing Charges: 2 % Extra of the basic value

Excise Duty: 10.3 % on ED as applicable time to time vide GOI notification.

Local Sales Tax:

VAT: 12.5 %. VAT will be 4 % if buyer provides Industrial Usage certificate for the
machine as required by Govt. of Tamil Nadu.

Central Sales Tax:

For sales outside Tamilnadu state: 2% CST will be applicable against form C.
12.5% CST will be applicable if C form is not applicable.
The Exact ED and Taxes rates shall be as per rates prevailing at the time of actual
dispatch of the products.

Delivery: Within 12 Weeks from the date receipt of techno commercially clear order
with 50 % advance.

Transportation: Extra on Freight –To Pay Basis to your account.

Transit Insurance: Extra to your account, we shall provide the dispatch particulars to
enable you arrange for Insurance.

Terms of Payment: Advance payment of 50 % of the basic value along with the
purchase order. The balance 50 % of the basic value with duties and taxes, cess
against Profroma Invoice before shipment / dispatch of the order from the factory
along with C form, if applicable.

Inspection: Our inspection prior to shipment to be final. In case Inspection by Buyer is

needed, Seller shall send Inspection call letter 15 days prior to the planned dispatch.
The cost of Inspection shall be to buyers account.

Validity: 30 days from the date of this quotation.

Training: Shall be given free of cost by our service engineer during the installation and
start up services of the machine / system supplied for a period not exceeding 2 days.
Any additional day of training will be charged at Rs.8500/- day. If required to be trained
at our works prior to dispatch, then the same will be done free of cost. The expenses of
his/her travel and stay to be borne by the Buyer.

Start up Services: Our engineer will be deputed only after written confirmation that all
civil & electrical works, air and water connections have been completed and other
utilities are ready as required by our Pre installation requisites sent by us prior to
dispatch.

Warranty period and terms:

All products supplied by Primo Automation Systems are warranted against faulty parts
and workmanship from the date of delivery to the buyer.

The warranty period of each item as applicable are

ITEM WARRANTY PERIOD

12 months from the date of installation and

ROTATORS commissioning or 18 months from the date of
dispatch, whichever is earlier

Other equipment In accordance with Manufacturer’s warranty*

* - For all equipments, warranty is subject to the warranty policy offered by original
manufacturer, unless otherwise specified.

Primo’s liability under this warranty shall not exceed the cost of correcting the defect of
the product supplied.

Primo will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages (such as loss of
business etc.) caused by any defect or the time involved to correct any defects.

normal wear (For example, consumable torch parts).
