Reimaged corrupted OS using a fancy Aleratec Imaging system

Replaced Bad HP laptop Batteries in Loaners and Checked 3G wireless cards in loaner laptops.

More HDD Imaging. I also helped several users with Open Office related issues.

Helped in the training of a new user and configured her laptop for first use.
Counted the number of terminals to be retired in future desktop update.

Replaced a faulty terminal with windows 2000 with a new terminal with windows 7.
The new terminal was configured and placed back in the original station.
