Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to penicillin
Work mechanism:
 Infeksi saluran pernapasan: 2 kali 3 g /hari.
Inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis resulting in leakage of bacterial cells and lysis bacteria.
Drug interactions:
 Abses gigi: 2 kali 3 g /hari.
Probenecid extends the half-life of amoxicillin and allopurinol to increase the incidence of skin
rashes.
 : Meningitis: 100-150 mg/kg beratbadan/hari.
Side effects
 Hypersensitivity reactions.
  Indigestion.
Otitis media: 750 mg 2 kali/hari.
 Allergic reactions are classified as severe because it can threaten the lives of sufferers
