(I&II) Nanjangud, Mysore, Karnataka as Sr. Technician – Environment.

Job Responsibilities;

i. Operation and Maintenance of 100 KLD capacity Effluent treatment plant having PCTP, TEE, BTP
and RO plant.
ii. Operation and Maintenance of 3.4 Tonne per day Incinerator and 20 KLD capacity Spray Dryer.
iii. Adopting the treatment improvement measure to maximize capacity utilization and setting up
treatment targets and liquidation of solid waste and achieving the planed targets economically.
iv. Assigning the work between the operator and controlling the shop floor activities.
v. Handling the hazards solid and liquid wastes with safety norms.
vi. Training the Standard operating procedure for shop floor people.
vii. Laboratory analysis inlet and outlet effluent streams.
Handling and Operation Knowledge of - ETP and Incineration system;
a) Physico Chemical Treatment plant - PCTP (100 KL / Day)
b) Triple Effect Evaporator plant - TEE (86 KL / Day)
c) Incinerator with Spray Dryer; solid waste and liquid waste incineration- (160 kg solid/ hr&
115 kg liquid/ hr; -supplied by M/S Allied Furnace Bombay)
d) Contact Tower - 100 KL/Day.
e) Converter - High TDS and rich solvents (20 KL / Day)
f) Biological Treatment Plant - BTP (120 KL / Day)
g) Convap - 25KL/Day.
h) Cooling Tower –Effluent treated water using as makeup water)
i) Spray Drier for high TDS Effluent -1200 ltrs / Hr (supplied by M/S Allied Furnace Bombay).
j) Domestic Sewage Treatment plant-STP (20 KL/Day)
k) Solar Evaporation Pond- SEP (20 lack liter capacity)
