Sawit, beserta Komponen di Dalamnya

Mesin Screw press Kelapa Sawit merupakan alat yang biasa digunakan
dalam proses pemisahan minyak di mesin digester. Worm Screw (Kempa Ulir)
di mesin Screw Press adalah salah satu komponen utama pada mesin
pengekstraksi CPO (Crude Palm Oil) / minyak mentah sawit dari Tandan Buah
Segar. Pabrik Minyak Kelapa Sawit memproses bahan baku berupa Buah Sawit
atau sering disebut Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) menjadi minyak kelapa sawit CPO
(Crude Palm Oil) dan inti sawit ( Palm Kernel).

Screw press Pabrik Kelapa Sawit berfungsi untuk mempress buah sawit.
Kapasitas  Screw Press ada : P10 , P15, P20 , bahkan ada merk tertentu  sampai
P30. Supaya hasil press baik, maka harus dijaga kondisi banyak sparepart di
dalam mesin screw press atau Kempa Ulir Sawit misalnya: worm screw, press
cage, dll.
