Financial Overview
• Untuk periode Sembilan bulan yang berakhir 30 •
September 2021, Perseroan telah memperoleh
keuntungan sebelum pajak sebesar USD 7.981.878
dibandingkan dengan periode Sembilan bulan yang
berakhir pada 30 September 2020 dengan
keuntungan sebesar USD 10.348.842, yang
mayoritas dikontribusikan oleh bagian atas hasil
bersih entitas asosiasi, PT Mitratama Perkasa.
• Total Aset per 30 September 2021, mengalami •
pertumbuhan dibandingkan dengan 31 Desember
2020 ini karena adanya peningkatan nilai Investasi
yang belum direalisasi atas PT Mitratama Perkasa
serta realisasi investasi di sektor kelistrikan melalui
entitas anak, PT Indopower Energi Abadi.
For the nine months period ending 30th September
2021, the Company has a profit before tax of USD
7,981,878 compared to the nine months period
ending 30th September 2020 with profit of USD
10,348,842 majorly contributed by recognition if
share of result of associates’ profit, PT Mitratama
Perkasa.
Total Assets as of September 30, 2021, increased
as compared with December 31, 2020 mainly due
to the increasing unrealized share of Investment
value on PT Mitratama Perkasa and and realization
of investment in the electricity sector through its
subsidiary, PT Indopower Energi Abadi. .

Kinerja Bisnis/Business Summary
• Perseroan akan terus melanjutkan kepemilikan 30 % •
saham atas PT. Mitratama Perkasa dan akan
berkontribusi dalam keuntungan Perseroan.
• Perseroan melakukan berbagai strategi, khususnya •
investasi di sektor kelistrikan. Sesuai Laporan
Keuangan Konsolidasian Interim pada tanggal 30
September 2021, Perseroan melalui entitas anak,
PT. Indopower Energi Abadi telah melakukan
pengambilalihan/novasi kewajiban sejumlah dari
USD 10,471,223 dari PT Siantar Tara Sejati.
• Melalui PT. Indopower Energi Abadi, Perseroan •
mendapatkan akses di 2 (dua) Pembangkit Listrik
Mesin Gas (PLTMG) di Sembakung, Kalimantan
Utara dan Payo Selincah, Jambi dengan total
kapasitas terpasang sebesar 44MW yang secara
strategis sejalan dengan upaya Perseroan untuk
mengembangkan usaha di sektor kelistrikan.
The Company will continue to own 30% shares of
PT. Mitratama Perkasa that will contribute to the
profitability of the company.
The Company executes a number of strategies,
particularly on the investment in electrical sector. In
accordance with the Interim Consolidated Financial
Statements As of September 30, 2021, the Company
through its subsidiary, PT. Indopower Energi Abadi
has taken over/novated liabilities in the amount of
USD 10,471,223 from PT Siantar Tara Sejati.
Through PT. Indopower Energi Abadi, The Company
has access to 2 (two) Gas Engine Power Plant
(PLTMG) at Sembakung, North Kalimantan and Payo
Selincah, Jambi with total installed capacity of 44MW
inline with The Company strategic plan to grow in
the electricity sector.

Company’s performance
Perseroan akan terus mencari peluang
di sektor kelistrikan, dimana saat ini
sedang melakukan kajian Proyek,
termasuk greenfield project di sektor
pembangkit listrik, dan kemungkinan
akusisi pembangkit listrik yang sudah
berjalan.
