We Provide full warantee and free service to our lift for sixteen month from the date of
delivery of material or twelve month from the date of hand over whichever is earlier.

The payment shall be making as mentioned below:

 30% advance at the time of confirmation of the order.
 30% after delivery of machine and guild rail.
 30% after delivery of doors and car.
 10% balance on final handing over.

Notes:
 The above prices excluded of taxes, however any statutory variation shall be to your
account.
 The legal possession of the lift will transfer to you only when full payment is made as
per the above agreement
 Minor civil work, 3 phase electric supply at machine room and single-phase
electric supply in lift shaft and PWD license and works mentioned in the other
copies shall be to your account.
 The License will be issued only after receiving the final payments.

DETAILS OF AFTER SALES SERVICE

Breakdown would be attended round the clock to put the lift back in to normal operation with

3. To provide properly painted well and ventilated machine room of sufficient
 Size to accommodate our equipment
 To provide a hoist way structure of such a design that can withstand the
Impact and loads resulting from the use of elevator
 To do all painting except elevator materials.

 To provide and install power & light connections as follows:

 A fused circuit breaker of suitable rating for elevator.
 A fused circuit breaker of lifts lighting circuit.
 A fused circuit breaker for hoist way lighting circuit & light point in the
Hoist way at each floor level.
 To provide at your expenses during the installation of elevators electric power tools in hoist
way and testing of elevators.
 To provide the hoist way entrances.
 To provide suitable storage space for elevator material at the ground floor level near lift
hoist way.
