PENGARUH GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, CORPORATE SOCIAL

RESPONSIBILITY, DAN KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP NILAI
PERUSAHAAN YANG TERDAFTAR PADA INDEX LQ45 DI BEI
TAHUN 2016-2019

ABSTRACT
This study aimed to know and analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance by
looking at the number of commissioners, the independence of commissioners board,
board size and audit committee members, Corporate Social Responsibility, and
Financial Performance (ROA and ROE) on firm value. The object of study is all
companies listed on the index of LQ45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Based on
the final data, there are 22 companies sampled from 2016 to 2019. The independent
variabels are GCG, CSR, and financial performance. While the dependent variabel is
firm value which is measured by using Tobin’s Q. The result shows that the size of
directors board, ROA and ROE have significant influences on the firm value,
meanwhile the board size, board independence, the number of audit committee
members, and CSR don’t have significant effect on firm value.

ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai mekanisme
Good Corporate Governance (GCG) yang diproksikan oleh ukuran dewan komisaris,
komisaris independen, ukuran dewan direksi dan komite audit, Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) dan kinerja keuangan (ROA) dan (ROE) terhadap nilai
perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar pada
index LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Berdasarkan kelengkapan data bahwa
hanya terdapat 22 perusahaan yang menjadi sampel selama periode 2016-2019.
Variabel independen adalah GCG, CSR, dan kinerja keuangan. Variabel dependen
adalah nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan Tobin’s Q. Hasil penelitian ini
menunjukkan bahwa dewan direksi, ROA dan ROE memiliki pengaruh signifikan
terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan ukuran dewan komisaris, independensi dewan
komisaris, jumlah anggota komite audit dan CSR tidak memiliki pengaruh secara
signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
