Outside Service / Pro Shop Assistant
• Manage golf course operation. This included pace of play, tee time scheduling, organization of pairings
• Demonstrated organizational skills while being responsible for over 350 personal golf bags left inside the
clubhouse. I managed the security of them as well as seeing that the member receives his bag quickly upon
arrival to the golf course.
• Responsible to lock, secure, and set alarm upon departure. As the last man at the golf course it was my job to
ensure all 40 golf carts and personal belongings are safe and protected.
Tacoma Country & Golf Club, Lakewood WA 2004-2010
Backroom Staff / Member Service / Pro Shop Assistant
• Enhanced personal relation skills by being able to deal with a 400-person membership who came out to golf
regularly. Every member was referred to by status or name at all times.
• Demonstrated trust and management skills being the first employee to the pro shop in the morning or the last
to leave. Responsible for over 400 personal golf bags and pro shop merchandise.
• Cashier/Sales. I administered fitting clothes, ordering personal sizes and apparel for individuals, and was in
charge of all cash until the next morning.
• Taught Junior Golf lessons. Ages 7-10 & Ages 10-12. Helped develop beginner golf skills and proper golf
course manners. Established a trust relationship with the parents of the children as they were dropped off for
2 hours then picked up after.
• Created and strengthened a sense of teamwork within all employees at the job.

golf game.

• These awards were earned based on individual performance throughout the quarter as well as getting
kids involved with the intramural sports program
• Facilitated strategy, teamwork, and hard work while performing by setting up outside practices and
coordinating game times to the entire team.
Twins Baseball U-12 (Youth Baseball Team Ages 9-11) 2006 - 2008
Coach
• Assisted one other coach in managing the team and schedule the players had to follow. Established a
practice regimen in which all players were actively participating and learning the beginning skills of
baseball mechanics.
• Designed signs and managed the positions each player fulfilled while on the team. Focused on creating
a sense of teamwork and character building skills.
