Hresimir not present.

Hresimir presented his html framework. Stuart mentioned that his storyboard is not
definite and that he will change it but after meeting with client. William described use
of objects in file based data-storage. He also gave us details of his and Callums
meeting on day before.

 William went through lest meeting minutes,

 Review of allocation of tasks from last meeting,
 Callum mentioned that he didn’t received Hresimirs server login details yet – what
turned out he sent them but to Callum Innes,
 discussion on submitting logs - deadline setted on Monday,
 review of deliverables to make sure we are staying on track of our project,
 discussion on establishing the project portfolio and its content (idea is that we will
have document online and we can add bullet points/ideas),
 Stuart mentioned that we shall discus that roles of individuals should me more
consistent in order to avoid confusion. What was done just after. Mateusz mentioned
that it is being held by meeting minutes,
 Matter of responsibility of setting meeting with client should stay Williams job,
 William mentioned that he has done outline presentation about process of project
development,
 William presented his part of Java code. Discussed concerns about complexity of next
iterations,
 Stuart touched the matter of index on patients in database - if we will use chi number
or new index. Which resulted in debate about compatibility between systems,
 We had a talk about connection between backend and frontend,
 Callum suggested that he will take care of coming up with file structure of WBQ
stored in files (experiment with different structures),
 Callum have mentioned that there is no server details yet,
 We have modified the outline project plan,
 Mateusz presented work he has done through the week(with JavaScript and website).

We stay on track of our project, last week seems to be successful for all team
members with tasks allocated to them.
 Stuart:
 Making of version 2 of storyboard

Callum:
 Maintaining, submitting and sending copy of Project Diary to each team
member,
 Charge of week logs and sending them to Elisabeth.

William:
 Continue to code data-storage in Java,
 Email dr McKendrik and ask to send him pictures of Dr Greys Hospital.

Mateusz:
 Minutes of this meeting,
 Continue learning JavaScript and add more functionalities associated with it.

Mateusz excused for his future absence on next two meetings as he will be back in
Poland but assured about possibility of contact with him by email and/or skype.
