A. TUJUAN
Protokol Penanganan Covid-19 ini
dimaksudkan agar menjadi panduan
untuk perusahaan dalam hal
penanganan covid-19 meliputi
upaya untuk melakukan
pencegahan dan tindakan apabila
ada yang terjangkit Covid-19.

D. TINDAKAN PENCEGAHAN
Tindakan ini diharapan dapat
mencegah wabah Covid-19 tertular
ke karyawan di area perusahaan
SMI Shipyard dengan mengacu
kepada arahan Menteri Kesehatan
Republik Indonesia. Adapun
tindakan-tindakan tersebut adalah
sebagai berikut :
1. Pengecekan suhu tubuh dengan
alat Non-contact infrared
Thermometer
Setiap saat bagi seluruh orang
memasuki area perusahaan baik
untuk karyawan, subkontraktor,
visitor, supplier, Owner surveyor,
instansi pemerintahan, crew kapal
dan lain-lain yang memiliki
kepentingan untuk masuk ke dalam
area perusahaan. Adapun
ketentuannya sebagai berikut :
 Apabila ditemukan Suhu > 37°C
maka orang tersebut akan
dipisahkan dari barisan dan
diinterview lebih lanjut apakah
ada keluhan seperti batuk, pilek,
demam, sesak napas dan
lain-lain yang terkait ke gejala
awal Covid-19. Jika diterdapat
gejala tersebut maka orang
tersebut dipulangkan setelah
dicatat biodatanya.
 Apabila ditemukan suhu >
37.5°C maka orang tersebut
langsung dipulangkan setelah
dicatat biodatanya.
 Bagi karyawan dengan suhu <
37°C dianggap normal dan
diperbolehkan masuk ke dalam
area perusahaan.

D. PREVENTION MEASURE
This action is expected to prevent
the Covid-19 outbreak from being
transmitted to employees in the
area of the SMI Shipyard company
by referring to the direction of the
Minister of Health of the Republic
of Indonesia. The actions are as
follows:
1. Checking body temperature with a
Non-contact infrared Thermometer
At any time for all people entering
the company area for employees,
subcontractors, visitors, suppliers,
Owner surveyors, government
agencies, ship crews and others
who have an interest in entering the
company area. The provisions are as
follows:
 If a temperature > 37° Celsius is
found, the person will be

discharged after their biodata
are recorded.
 If a temperature > 37.5° Celsius
is found, the person will be sent
home immediately after
recording his biodata.
 For the employees with
temperatures < 37° Celsius
considered normal and allowed
into the company area.

2. Penyediaan Hand Sanitizer /
tempat cuci tangan
Disediakan hand sanitizer / tempat
cuci tangan bagi karyawan,
subkontraktor, visitor, supplier,
Owner surveyor, instansi
pemerintahan, crew kapal dan
lain-lain di tempat-tempat yang
strategis baik dilapangan maupun
dikantor.
3. Penggunaan APD ( Alat Pelindung
Diri )
Wajib menggunakan Masker
apabila memasuki area perusahaan
dan selalu digunakan setiap saat
kecuali pada saat makan, minum
dan cuci muka boleh dilepaskan
setelah itu digunakan kembali
maskernya. APD yang lainnya
seperti sarung tangan digunakan
sesuai untuk keperluan misalnya
bagi petugas pelaksana pengecekan
suhu, petugas medis dan lain-lain.
4. Penyemprotan Disinfektan
Penyemprotan dilakukan setiap 2x
seminggu baik indoor maupun
outdoor di lingkungan perusahaan.
 Indoor meliputi : handle pintu
dan jendela, meja, kursi,
komputer, telepon dan
bagian-bagian yang sering
disentuh oleh orang.
 Outdoor : Handrill, mesin finger
print, gudang, container,
workshop, alat-alat kerja dll
 Semua barang masuk harus
dilakukan penyemprotan
disinfektan terlebih dahulu di
pos security sebelum masuk ke
dalam area perusahaan.

Hand sanitizers are provided for
employees, subcontractors, visitors,

3. Using of PPE ( Personal Protection
Equipment )

4. Spraying of Disinfectant

machine, warehouse, container,
workshop, work tools etc.
 All incoming goods must be

E. KUNJUNGAN SURVEYOR KAPAL
Apabila ada kunjungan dari pihak
surveyor baik class surveyor atau
surveyor manapun yang berkaitan
dengan kapal di dalam dock SMI
Shipyard maka harus mengikuti
protokol dibawah ini :
1. Pastikan surveyor telah
membawa seluruh APD (masker,
hand sanitizer, sarung tangan
dan semprotan disinfektan)
2. Gunakan APD sebelum keluar
dari mobil
3. Surveyor tidak perlu masuk
kedalam ruangan office atau ke
ruangan surveyor.
4. Tidak mengajak ke dalam mobil
bagi QC inspector atau Owner

5. Menjaga jarak dalam
berkomunikasi ketika di

Kebijakan Rekrutmen Karyawan
Saat ini perusahaan tidak
melakukan rekrutmen karyawan
dari luar kota atau dari wilayah
zona merah untuk menghindari

Aturan tambahan :

perairan Bojonegara > 7 hari
maka harus dicek ulang Rapid
test antigen oleh KKP setempat
memastikan kondisi crew tidak
terpapar Covid-19.
6. Vaksin untuk karyawan bisa
dilakukan secara mandiri

7. Bagi crew kapal dan OS untuk
memasuki area SMI Shipyard
harus sudah pernah
mendapatkan vaksinasi
Covid-19 minimal Dosis 1.

4. For ships that will be docked at SMI
after being checked by the KKP, if it
is found that a crew member has
been exposed to Covid-19, the ship
is not allowed to dock or enter the
dock. The ship must be isolated
from outside waters (anchorage)
for 5 days and then re-examined by
the KKP.
5. For ships anchored in anchorage
point of Bojonegara > 7 days, they
must be re-checked Rapid test
Antigen by the local KKP to ensure
that the condition of the crew is not
exposed to Covid-19.
6. Vaccines for employees can be
done independently within the
RT/RW where they are domiciled or
it can also be done collectively by
the company according to a
schedule determined by the
SMI-Shipyard Covid-19 Team.
7. For ship crew and OS to enter SMI
Shipyard area, they must have
received a Covid-19 vaccination at
least Dose 1.
