INTRODUCTION:

This is a broad overview of a website “AL-NAESER LINE .com”. This is an exclusive Norwegian cruising
company with a masterpiece luxury ship “PRINCESS GYDA “owned by stig Olaf Naeser? The main
aim of this online portal is to generate extra revenue by impressing portentous clients to the point
of making a firm booking (either through the website directly or via telephone call ) , it is also aimed
at attaining some secondary aims like displaying ship destinations , provide clients with a request
information , online booking and broaden the scale of advertisement .The proposal phase is to guide
us with the designation of a dynamic, effective and efficient foundation for the site “AL NAESER
LINE.COM “ .A flow chart and story board will be provided to arm us with a rough work and a layout
of the interface of the cruise website “AL NAESER LINE.COM ” A primary and secondary criteria of
the auction site will also be provided as they will show the compulsory parts and the optional parts
of the interface .

Another aim of the design plan in the project is to document and establish the working interface
Area of the site to be generated and the whole overview of what the site will contain will be
discussed , the features of our site interface which is being requested by the customer (specification)
in this case by our case study is expected to have a taste of satisfaction because it will be the bridge
or channel of communication between the user of our site and our site itself. The documents has to
meet up with given expectation and these involves the functions and features of the areas of the site
to be generated ,the features of the site to be created include see photos, become a member ,book
trips . And so on.

DESIGN CRITERIA:

Design criteria are the fundamental architecture of the project that leads to a successful
interface. However as far as design criteria is involved it is sub-divided into 2 main parts, namely:
Primary and secondary criteria as their justifications will be included with their categorization.
Furthermore in terms of grouping the secondary and primary categories the users specifications
plays a vital role in determination what goes where

PRIMARY CRITERIA:

The primary criteria are one of those features that contribute to the projects design plan to
be a success ,they are referred to as the primary because they appear on the home page of the site
as they are links to their individual interface .The project interface will not attain the required goals,
dynamicity and would not be interactive without settings the primary criteria, the primary criteria

The storyboard simply provides a sample design and layouts for each
page, these features serve as a guideline to the web master to carry
out the design of the web interface . AS given above

PROJECT SPECIFICATION:

The main purpose of the our project is to achieve and maintain

success in each part of our project ,in this case we must have some
requirement that will serve as guidelines and recommendations
forwarded by users as said in these case by the lecturer . The
recommendation which is the need of the customer or lecturer is been
forwarded for consideration. As these will serve as the
specification of the project is to generate from the proposal with
the recommendations forwarded to the design.

The software is therefore expected to have a good interface

for interaction between the user and the web because the interface
will be the bridge of communication and the interface of the site
has to meet up to the specification else users will not enjoy the
site .

RESOURCES AND MATERIALS NEEDED:

In developing the web interface there are basically two main

tools and the tools are as follows software and hardware .this are
the main tools that are been used to develop and design the
interface

HARDWARE:

This provides the necessary computing resources, and serves as

the field in which it accommodates the software that manipulates the
computer examples of the hardware is the CPU, monitor, printer,
mouse, personal computer etc.

SOFTWARE:

This software is used in the design, creation of the area where

the organizing of the interface will take place, the software is
also used to control the operations in the computer, and other
device that access the computer, in other words the software are
used in governing the hardware. I.e.

Dreamweaver and Photoshop

 ARCHITECTURE:

Architecture shows down all the necessary features to design

a system. Under architecture we have the mind map and story board.

CONCLUSSION:

The design plan has being successful in the help to

generate the step by step approach in designing the architecture and
design of the software, this was attained with the contribution of
each of members efficiency and commitment to meet up with the
assigned time and date for each task ,the specification of the
project and most of all the a dynamic ,user-friendly, secured
auction site by the name “EVERYTHING.COM” ,and we hope we have come
up with a satisfactory design plan that meets up to the
expectations of the distinguish lecturer.
