sarana pelengkap yang terletak di Jl. Gunung Korakan,
Kelurahan Kalikabong, Kecamatan Kalimanah,
Kabupaten Purbalingga, Provinsi Jawa Tengah, yang
dibuat oleh Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik (KJPP) Hari
Utomo & Rekan, untuk pengguna laporan yaitu PT Bank
Rakyat Indonesia (Pesero) Tbk, nomor 00099/2.0025-
00/PI/04/0136/1/II/2021, tanggal 03 Februari 2021 adalah
sebagai berikut
• Nilai pasar untuk tanah seluas 9.576 m 2 (jumlah
penuh) adalah sebesar Rp24.418.800.000 (Dua puluh
empat milyar empat ratus delapan belas juta delapan
ratus ribu rupiah)
• Nilai pasar untuk seluruh bangunan-bangunan
produksi dan perkantoran sebesar Rp11.656.100.000
(Sebelas miliar enam ratus lima puluh enam juta
seratus ribu rupiah),

Mustika, a factory which consists of land, buildings,
and complementary facilities located on Jl. Gunung
Korakan, Kalikabong, Kalimanah, Purbalingga,
Central Java Province, made by Public Appraiser
Office (KJPP) Hari Utomo & Partners for the report
of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, number
00099/2.0025-00/PI/04/0136/1/II/2021, dated
February 03, 2021 are as follows:
• The market value for land of 9,576 m 2 (full
amount) is Rp24,418,800,000 (Twenty four billion
four hundred eighteen million eight hundred
thousand rupiah),
• The market value for all production and office
buildings is Rp11,656,100,000 (Ten billion six
hundred fifty six million one hundred thousand
rupiah),

• Nilai pasar untuk sarana pelengkap adalah sebesar
Rp791.700.000 (Tujuh ratus sembilan puluh satu juta

Mustika telah mendapatkan perpanjangan fasilitas KMK
Co Tetap, permohonan fasilitas baru Co menurun dan KI
Refinancing, dengan struktur dan tipe kredit sebagai
berikut:
1. Untuk KMK Co Tetap (Perpanjangan)
a. Jumlah penuh fasilitas (jumlah penuh)
USD.1.210.000 (satu juta dua ratus sepuluh ribu
dollar Amerika).
b. Keperluan membiayai modal kerja usaha
industri pembuatan rambut palsu dan
Mannequin Human Hair Head.
c. Bentuk kredit R/C Max Co Tetap.
d. Jenis pinjaman kredit modal kerja.
e. Jangka waktu 12 (dua belas) bulan sejak jatuh
tempo sebelumnya.

Mustika telah mendapatkan perpanjangan fasilitas KMK
Co Tetap, permohonan fasilitas baru Co menurun dan KI
Refinancing, dengan struktur dan tipe kredit sebagai

Untuk KMK Co Tetap (Perpanjangan)
a. Jumlah penuh fasilitas (jumlah penuh)

c. Bentuk kredit R/C Max Co Tetap.
d. Jenis pinjaman kredit modal kerja.
e. Jangka waktu 12 (dua belas) bulan sejak jatuh
tempo sebelumnya.
f. Provisi 0,25% X USD.1.210.000 (Jumlah Penuh)

h. Suku bunga 7,5% (tujuh koma lima persen) per

a. Full Amount of facilities (full amount) USD.
1,210,000 (One million two hundred ten thousand
American dollar).
b. The need to finance the working capital of the
counterfeit hair-making industry and Mannequin
Human Hair Head.
c. Form of R/C Max Co Credit
d. Types of working capital credit loans
e. Period of 12 (twelve) months since the previous
maturity.
f. Provision 0.25% X USD. 1,210,000 (Full Amount)
Paid in cash before credit contract.
g. Administration fee Rp. 7,500,000

h. Interest rate 7.5% (seven comma five percent) per
year, interest is paid in order every month as per the
realization date, reviewable interest rate at any time
according to prevailing interest rates in BRI. The

Tetrulis to the debtor and the notification is an
addendum to the credit agreement.
i. Penalty 50% of the interest rate applicable to the
arrears of the principal and interest.
