TRIP TO PARIS

I’m Rubén Muñoz Baena and I go to Institut Banus in Cerdanyola. I’m in my

fourth year at secondary school- 4º ESO- and this year I have been to the
end of year trip with my schoolmates.
At first, we had planned to go to Tunisia. We raised money from cakes and
pizzas made by us. We sold cakes and pizzas during the break-time at
school. I bought “polvorones” to sell them to friends and relatives and I
raised more money. Teachers prepared a draw called “Llumineta” to raise
money. The prize was a notebook.

Finally the trip was to Paris. The -4º ESO- students and three teachers we
were going to Paris. The school organised a chat with parents of students in
17th February. The trip was in 2nd March.
Wednesday, March 2nd

We were all at 7:00 in the school to go to the airport. In the airport we

check-in suitcases and we wait until 9:30 for the plane’s departure. From
Paris’ airport we went to hotel by bus. The hotel was called Campanile. Alex
and I were in room 312. The room wasn’t very big, but it wasn’t bad.
Then we ate at a park that was in front of the hotel and we went to make a
Navigo Target in a train station.

In the afternoon we saw Notre Dame Cathedral, the Latin Quarter and the
Pantheon. Then near of Pantheon, we had dinner in fast food restaurant,
Quick. We return to the hotel and the teachers explained to us what we
would do the next day.
Thursday, March 3rd

In the morning we had breakfast at 8:30. We decided to do a tour of the

Senie River by bateau mouche and visit the Eiffel Tower. Then we had lunch
in Champs de Mart, and we walked to the Place de la Concorde. Then we
walk the Rue Rivoli to Hotel la Ville. We sing in a restaurant for dinner, but
dinner didn’t like anything. We return to the hotel and the teachers
explained to us what we would do the next day.
Friday, March 4th

In the morning we had breakfast at 8:30. This day we went to

DISNEYLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was fantastic and I had fun as a young child. There were many
attractions and restaurants, shops and dolls, etc. It was the best day!
Then we return to the hotel and the teachers explained to us what we
would do the next day.
Saturday, March 5th

In the morning we had breakfast at 8:30. This day we saw Mercat de les
puces, Sacre-coeur, Montmartre and Moulin Rouge. We had lunch in
McDonalds, and we had dinner in the hotel. The last night was the best.
Sunday, March 6th

In the morning we had breakfast at 8:30. This day was the last day. We
saw Louvre and Arc the Triomf. Then we went to Paris’ Airport. In the
afternoon we returned to Barcelona and we came to school by bus. Then I
went to my home!
