Pasien Ny. N : Selamat siang sus,. Saya tadi habis dari pendaftaran sudah mendaftar untuk
periksa ke dokter umum.
Perawat : baik bu silahkan duduk ya bu biar saya anamnesa terlebih dahulu.
Pasien Ny. N : baik sus.
Perawat : apa keluhan ibu hari ini? hasil tensi ibu agak tinggi yaitu 160/95
Pasien Ny. N : keluhan saya pusing gliyengan, susah tidur, badan sakit semua
Perawat : siap bu akan saya rekap terlebih dahulu ya, nanti biar diperiksa oleh dokter.
Perawat : ditunggu dulu ya buk, nanti saya akan panggil ibuk jika dokter sudah selesai
periksa pasien sebelum ibu.
Pasien Ny.N : baik sus

Setelah itu perawat memanggil pasien Ny. N untuk periksa kepada dokter.

Perawat : pasien Ny.N (Silahkan masuk keruang periksa)

Pasien Ny. N : baik sus

Perawat : silahkan duduk bu

Pasien : iya sus
Perawat : Dokter ini ada pasien mau periksa dengan dokter.
Dokter : Baik sus biar saya periksa.

Dokter : Bagaimana kabarnya bu? Apa keluhan ibu hari ini?
Pasien Ny.N : Begini dok, badan saya sakit semua, kepala saya pusing gliyengan, dan
susah tidur
Dokter : dari hasil tensi ibu keluhan tersebut terjadi karena tekanan darah ibu terlalu tinggi.
Pasien : iya dok
Dokter : saran saya, ibu harus mengurangi makanan yang terlalu tinggi garam, makanan
berminyak, dan bersantan
Pasien Ny. N : Baik dokter saya akan menguranginya.
Dokter : saya akan memberikan resepnya.

Dokter : Sus ini untuk resepnya nanti kasihkan ke farmasi.

Perawat : baik dok

Perawat : mari bu, ibu bisa menunggu di luar terlebih dahulu
