How to use this eBook for maximum results.
So here’s what I would like you to do. Number one it is a very large E-book and there are many,
many prayers in it so I don’t want you to become overwhelmed by that.
The point of having so many prayers in one book together was so that we could have the
answer to so many questions. Often there are many, many requests for prayers for children,
prayers for issues that you’re dealing with in your marriage, issues that you’re dealing with in
your relationships. And that’s probably why the number one request that we receive is ‘how do I
pray for this specific situation?’. So that’s why there are so many prayers here. It’s because we
wanted to answer everyone’s question. I think we’ve done that very well. But you’re not to
become overwhelmed by it. Instead take a moment and consider your own current prayer
request.
Select the prayers that you need answers to most urgently.
What is it in your prayer time that you’re asking God for? Or consider the challenges that you’re
currently dealing with in your life or consider the next place that you know you’re supposed to
go in your life.
One of those is for you.

#1 -consider what you are already praying and asking God for.
#2 -consider the challenge that is before you.
#3- consider the place where you want to go next.
This is a great way to decide what kinds of requests you need to be making now. And remember
that our lives move in seasons and that our God is a God of seasons.
So this season you’re going to be praying for certain prayer requests. And you’re going to come
into the answer for those requests and then you’re going to begin praying for other things. So
look at all three of those and that’s how you decide what you should be praying about right now
because you may not have a problem in your life that you’re dealing with right now.
Or you may not have an issue in your life that you need to overcome and so you’re going to be
looking more at the next place where God has you to be --the next step that God wants you to
take. You’ll find the prayer that aligns with that step. Maybe it’s a prayer for a closer walk with
God. Maybe it’s a prayer for holiness in your life or maybe it’s a prayer for increased finances.
All of these things may not represent a problem for you but just the next place to which you must
grow.
God calls us not to stay in the same place, but to always be moving and changing and growing
and being transformed and so that’s where we start.
Don’t become overwhelmed anymore than if you would go to your book store and when you
walk in the book store you’ve got dozens and dozens of titles and all of the books are separated
into subjects. You don’t become overwhelmed when you go in the book store and say, ‘oh, my
goodness all these subjects, all these titles.’ And you just pass out on the floor from overwhelm.

But instead, you have an idea when you come into the store what it is you’re looking for. You
ignore all that you’re not interested in at this time and you go directly to where it is you’re
looking for. And so be the same way with Prayers from the Heart of God. Consider only the
things that you’re dealing with right now.
Material Blessings and Spiritual Blessings
You can also consider knowing the material things that you may need. Material things meaning
anything that’s temporal, but you may also want to consider the spiritual things that you need. In
other words, let’s say that you’re praying for a home, a material thing.
You not only need to find the scriptures in Prayers from the Heart of God that will help you
pray for your home but you also realize that there’s patience that’s going to be needed in
between the time you pray and the time you receive the answer to that prayer.
And so you want to include with the prayer for your home a prayer for patience. Consider adding
also a prayer for perseverance, faith, and maybe a prayer for wisdom. All of those that I
mentioned: faith, wisdom, perseverance, patience; these are spiritual things that you want to
make sure that you’re not leaving out of your prayers.
So often I see people who only pray for the thing that they need and they forget that they need
the spiritual blessing; they don’t know that everything first is formed in two places. The first
place that it is formed or manifested is in a spirit realm. And after it is manifested or formed in
the spirit realm then it is formed in the natural realm (the material realm) where you can see it
with your eyes.
So consider those spiritual blessings that you need as well. That may not be the thing that’s on
your mind right now, but hopefully because you’re taking the time to look this over, you’ll see
that you’ll need patience. Everyone will need wisdom. Everyone will need faith in order to
receive what we’re asking of God.
Print your selected prayers.
So number two, I want you to print out the prayers that you select. This is easy to do. I go over
that completely in the video online so that you can clearly see how to use Adobe Reader. So it’s
simple to just click the ‘edit’ button up in the left hand corner of Adobe Reader. Then click
‘search’. A separate window will open where you can type in what ever issue it is that you’re
bringing before God.
If you’re bringing your marriage before God just type in ‘marriage’. If you’re bringing your
money situation you type in ‘money’. Career, finance, home, holiness, patience or faith.
Just type that word in and you press the enter key and this program will immediately take you to
the place in the E-book where there’s information on that topic. And there are multiple places

where you’ll find prayers for marriage or prayers for increasing your finances or prayers for
healing. Each time it finds a place it will highlight that word for you and go to the place in the
document where it is located.
And then you can take a look at it and see if that’s what you wanted. If not you can just press the
next button and it’ll go to the next place in the document where that word, that topic is
mentioned again.
Put Your Prayers in an Important Place
So find your selected prayers, print that prayer. Not the whole E-book all right? I don’t want you
printing pages and pages and pages of prayers. You would never be able to do anything else but
spend all your time praying if you actually tried to pray all these prayers.
So print out the ones that you would like to begin using right away. And then I want you to print
out more than one copy because you’re going to have one copy that you’re going to place in your
prayer journal. And that’s the journal that you open up in your quality prayer time, the time
you’re going to spend interrupted with God. It’s your primary prayer chest, your primary prayer
place of point of reference.
It should be a three ring binder. I think that they work best even though lots of people use
journals where all the pages are sewn in. I use journals as well but not for prayer. A three ring
binder is so much more flexible because it allows you to punch holes in papers and put them in,
add them in as you need them. And that’s going to be very helpful to you in the long run.
Put your prayers in your journal this way so when you’re ready to pray you don’t have to sit
down and try to figure out what you are supposed to say.
The only thing that may come to your mind to say is ‘God give me what I want’, Can I have it?
‘Please give it to me’.
Your prayer journal will help you recall what else you may need to say to God.
Print out not only the prayer but also print out the scriptures along with it
And so because the prayer is already sitting there in your journal, you already have the
scriptures, because I want you to print out not only the prayer but also print out the scriptures
along with it. It’s usually maybe two pages. I tried to keep it short. Usually you’re only going to
be dealing with two or three pages for that one prayer with accompanying scriptures.
Unsuspected Places of Prayer
Place them in your journal. Place them in other places where you know you’ll have time to spend
with God. And these are what I call unsuspected places of prayer. Unsuspected places because
you may not already be praying in those places, but these places are places where you have quiet
time. They are when you are alone in your car, in the bathroom and you put it in your briefcase
or in your hand bag.

So that if you happen to be standing in the line at the grocery store instead of becoming upset
about having to wait in line, if you have a copy of your prayer in your hand bag and your
scriptures. You can open it up and you can pray there in the line and you can go over those
scriptures and meditate on them while you’re waiting.
And you’ll see the line will move much more quickly and you’ll find that you’ve got more than
one thing done. You’ve not only stood in the line and waited to be checked out but you’ve also
mediated on the word of God more and you’ve prayed a prayer while you’re in the line which is
a wonderful way to stay in prayer all of the time, to have a prayer that never ends, to have a
prayer that is without ceasing.
This is not what they want you to do while you’re in the grocery line as a matter fact. What they
want you to do while you’re in the grocery line standing there is to buy the Globe and the
National Enquirer, and they want you to look at all those tabloids and see those crazy headlines.
They want you to pick up one of those for two, three or four dollars. And they want you to buy
the knick knacks or whatever.
And you can decide that you’re going to use all your time because you really want what it is that
you’re asking God for. And you know that it’s going to require some effort on your part. So even
while you’re standing in this line you’re not going to stand in this line and be idle, but you’re
going to take your scriptures out of your handbag, out of my pocket and you’re going to go over
them while you’re waiting in this line.
Print your prayers and put them in multiple places. I have my own prayers also in my car.
Usually I have them in my glove compartment so that when you’re waiting if you’re in the city
where you find yourself in traffic often or you just have long traffic lights. These are times when
you can put your eyes on the word of God again.
Pray the prayers every day
#3 -Make sure you pray the prayers every day. Don’t miss any days. As you pray the prayers
every day what you’ll be doing, in addition to having a fellowship time with God, is implanting
the word of God in you. That’s why this is called Prayers from the Heart of God. It is because
these prayers come directly from God’s own holy word.
The scriptures say in Psalms 107 that God sent his word to heal us and to deliver us out of all of
our distress. And so his word is what he sent to take care of whatever challenge you have in your
life.
James 1:21 it says that we are to receive and to welcome the word which implanted and rooted in
our hearts contains the power to save our souls. But when it is rooted and implanted in our hearts
that’s when it has the power to save our souls.

Implant the Word in your Heart
By saying the prayer every day you’re rooting it and you’re implanting it in your heart. And that
word is the word that has the power to change everything ---to fix everything in your life that’s
broken, to make everything right that is currently wrong.
Colossians 3:16 tells us that we have to let the word spoken by Christ the Messiah have it’s home
in our hearts, in our minds, and dwell in you in all it’s richness.
So let the word of God dwell in you richly. There’s so many more reasons that you need to say
these prayers every day and keep them with you every day. It’s because these words are your
power. Not only to get the job done, but these words are also your power to stand while you’re
waiting, to stand when fiery darts of temptation come your way. You need to have these words
with you in your heart.
But sometimes when you’re first starting out you may not have it in your heart, but at least so
can have it with you. You’re able to focus on it again and renew your mind to God’s promises to
you. So make sure that you pray the prayers every day. Let the word of God dwell in you richly.
Let the word of God become engrafted in you, enmeshed in you until you become one with this
word.
Prayers From the Heart of God will Bring Energy and Strength
#4- Make sure you pray the prayers every day for energy and strength.
Because every day you’re looking for the answer. Your solution may come right away. God is a
suddenly God and he can move on your behalf right now, right this moment. Suddenly your
problem could be solved. Suddenly your issue could be gone. Suddenly your challenge could be
totally overcome.
But what if its not suddenly? What if it’s a week, two weeks, a month, three months, one year?
You’re going to need energy and you’re going to need strength to continue until the answer is
manifested. If you say the prayers every day you’ll gain strength from them. God’s word is
strength. Remember that God is trying to help us through his word and all help comes from God.
All help comes from him.
Psalm 107:19 and 20 says then they cried to the Lord in their trouble and he delivers them out of
all of their distresses. He sends his word and he heals them and rescues them from the pit and
destruction. You may feel that way today. You may feel like you’re in a pit or feel like you’re
being destroyed or that your life is being destroyed.
He sends forth his word
In Psalm 107 it clearly says that when we cry out to the Lord he hears us and he’ll deliver us.
And here’s how he’s going to do it. He sends forth his word. He sends forth his word. So every
day when you pray these prayers not only are you exercising your faith, you’re also sending your
faith out to God and God receives it.

God hears it and God is ready to move on your behalf. But also every time you speak these
words, every time your mind is renewed to them, new energy comes to you, new strength comes
to you to press on and persevere every day until the answer comes.
The Word of God is Food to Your Spiritual Body
You have to consider the word of God to be like food to your body. This is what Jesus was
talking about when he said that man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that
proceeds out of the mouth of God. So Jesus compares the word of God to food.
Think about how long would you go without eating? And God didn’t say we didn’t need to eat.
He said man shall not live by bread only. So you do need bread to live but not only bread, but
you also need God’s word.
How long would you go without eating? Maybe you might skip breakfast but every one knows
that is the worst meal to skip because you’ve been fasting all night during your sleep. You
haven’t had anything. And it’s good when you wake up in the morning to get something to eat so
that before you go out the door to your work you’ll have the energy from that food gives you. It
gives you the energy.
But if you skipped breakfast, how long would it be before you had to have something for lunch
and you’d probably have extra for lunch because you’d be so hungry. Would you skip a whole
day? Most people would never skip a whole day without eating some food. And so Jesus said it’s
the same way with my word. Man shall not live by bread alone, but man also needs to live by the
word.
So spend time in God’s word everyday by praying, reading, studying, and meditating on
Prayers from the Heart of God.

Pray to the Father in Jesus’ Name
Here’s the reason why we address our prayers to the Father God, but in the name of Jesus.
John 16: 23, 24

Anxiety and Stress
Prayer For Anxiety and Stress
Dear God,
Today I come to you to give you all my stress and all my anxiety related to these things. (specify
the things that bring anxiety)
You said in your word that you were leaving me with your peace. You said that your peace
would surround me like a shield. Therefore I refuse to allow anxiety and stress in my life.
I’m filled with your Holy Spirit. Therefore I have the fruit of the Spirit which is love, joy and
peace. I command fear to get away from me and I will not allow you anymore. Fear, worry and
anxiety do not belong to me. It was not given to be by my father. Fear comes from the devil.
Therefore I reject it and I don’t accept it in my life.
Instead I open my heart to receive from you. You said in your word out of my belly will flow
rivers of living water. This you spoke of concerning the Holy Spirit who is in me. He is a river
of living water. He is a river of peace.
I know that you have overcome the world for me Jesus. You have deprived it from any power to
harm me and you have conquered it for me. Therefore there’s no reason for me to be anxious
about anything because I know my life is in your hands. My times are in your hands. I know
that you are able to keep me from falling. You have kept me all of my life and I know you are
committed to keeping me until the end for all eternity in the name of Jesus I pray.

Prayer for Anxiety and Stress
Dear God,
When I received you as my Lord, I received peace because you are the Prince of peace. All
peace belongs to you. Therefore I receive that peace today.
I receive peace regardless of what’s going on in my home and regardless of what’s going on in
my life. Even though there are ups and downs in life and even though I know I may have tough
circumstances to deal with right now, I refuse to let my emotions be governed by them.
Instead I will receive your piece even in a troubling time.
There is nothing real in fear. There is only falseness and deception. There is nothing to fear and
there is no reason to be anxious because you have already overcome the world for me. You said
that whoever is born of God is an overcomer and has already overcome the world. And this is the
victory that overcomes the world even my faith.
So where there are thoughts of fear and anxiety, I replaced them with thoughts of faith. I replace
them with thoughts that come from your word. Your word is full of a faith. I put my confidence
in your word.
I refuse to doubt. I refuse to spend my time thinking about what could go wrong. I refuse to
spend my time entertaining thoughts that undermine your word and that undermine my
confidence in you.
I know that you would never let me fail. In fact I know that you have a plan that was set in
motion before I was even born for me to succeed-and to succeed abundantly beyond measure.
I refuse to fall into the enemy’s trap of fear, worry and anxieties. Because I know there is only
death and destruction waiting for me there. But I follow your way because you have the way of
abundant life for me---exceeding, abundantly, above all that I could even ask or think.
Therefore, as I keep my mind stayed on you, you will keep me in perfect peace. Thank you.

Prayer for Anxiety and Stress
Dear Lord,
I place my confidence in you through every trial and test that comes my way. If I have to pass
through the waters, I know you will be with me. You won’t let me go.
And if I have to go through rivers, they will not overflow me. Even if I have to go through the
fire, I will not be burned nor will the flame scorch me because you, O Lord, have created me for
your purpose and your glory.
I have nothing to fear. You have formed me and called me by name. You have redeemed me and
I am yours.
I will be anxious for nothing. But instead, I will present my requests for help to you with
thanksgiving, and you will hear and answer me.

Dear God,
I come to you today asking you to bless me in my business. I ask for your divine wisdom to be
made available for me in everything I set my hands to do. You said in your word that if I
allowed myself to be counseled by you by meditating in your word and applying it to my life you
would make me like a tree planted by rivers of water and whatever I do would prosper.
Therefore I receive that promise today.
I ask that your wisdom would go forth in all of the business decisions I have to make.
I ask you to bless me with increased sales, increased prospects, and favor with all men.
I pray that you would give me an open door into the hearts of people. And as I honor them, they
would also honor me and want to do business with me.
I pray that you will give me a sharp mind to be able to grasp and understand the principles of
succeeding in business.
I ask that you give me new opportunities for meeting new people, networking, and partnering
with others.
I pray that the windows of heaven’s blessings would pour out into my life new ideas, inventions,
and new products that would be of service and helpful to many people.
I refuse to allow fear, anxiety, or intimidation into my life. But I will walk by faith. I will walk
in confidence and full of assurance that you are my helper, and you and your power are ever
present with me. Therefore I am not afraid.
I am filled with courage. I think boldly and I move boldly forth. I thank you Lord God, for a
business that is steadily growing.
As my business continues to grow, my giving continues to grow so that I am helping those who
are weak and furthering the Gospel in the name of Jesus I pray,

A Prayer for Career success
Father God,
I pray today that you would bless me in my career. I pray that you would give me wisdom and
skills so that I’ll be able to do a great job. And I pray that you will give me an open door for
advancement as I continue to show myself faithful and to show myself a productive asset to my
company.
I pray that you would give me favor with supervisors and managers and those involved directly
in overseeing my work. As I always put forth an excellent work ethic, I pray that you would
continue to develop the skills and talents that you have put in me.
I pray for increased wages, and increased salary and bonuses. I pray that you would bless and
expand my company. And as you bless and expand my company, I pray that my position will
also be blessed and expanded likewise.
As I’m at work, I pray for a spirit of peace to be among myself and all of my coworkers. I pray
that I will be able to get along with others and live in peace with everyone with whom I work. I
honor my employers and I honor my coworkers.
As I do everything unto the Lord, I pray that your light would shine through me and be a blessing
to others.
I forgive those who have offended me. I put myself in a place of always forgiving and always
receiving your love. I am a channel of your love at work. I am slow to speak and quick to hear.
I am your minister called for the Ministry of reconciling people to you whenever and wherever I
go especially in the workplace.

A Prayer for Career success -Peace in the Workplace
Dear God,
I pray for peace in the workplace today.
May the spirit of the Lord go before me and prepare the way for peace in the hearts of all in
whom I work with even before I arrive.
I pray that they you would be able to use me as your vessel to be a light in my workplace
environment.
I am determined to live at peace with all of those around me. I forgive easily. I easily look the
other way when wrong is done to me. And I am ever ready to believe the best of everyone. I am
always looking for ways to encourage my fellow coworkers. By this, I know you are well
pleased.
I pray that you would give me supernatural favor with my coworkers and with my supervisors
and managers so that I’ll have an open door to their hearts. As I honor all of the people in my
workplace, I know you will honor me.
I resist and rebuke any strife, any negativity, any gossip, and anything that is not of love. I
refuse to participate in it. I don’t make myself superior but instead I make myself humble to
follow your word and to be your servant to serve your purposes.
Because I have followed your word, I know you will bless the work of my hands. Because I have
followed the law of love, I know that love never fails. Love always succeeds.
As I make this request to you today according to your word I also make it with thanksgivings. I
thank you for favor; I thank you for blessings; I thank you for peace; And I thank you for
advancement.

Children
Prayer for your Children
Holy Father,
I pray to you today for the success of my children. Father God, you know what it is to have
children because you are the father of countless children from Adam and Eve until this very day.
Some children follow your way and some do not. But you said in your word that children are a
heritage from the Lord. And I receive that blessing today of children being my heritage.
I ask you, Lord, to bless my heritage. I pray that you would put your favor and your blessing on
my children today in the name of Jesus. I ask that you would go with them wherever they go and
cover them with your mercy and with your grace.
I know your faithfulness firsthand because I’ve experienced it over my life. I ask that same favor
would be present with my children as well. Would you cover them when they make mistakes.
Would you continue to let your face shine on them until they’ve matured and grown up and
begin to make better decisions.
I pray that they will come to know you as I know you as Lord and Savior. I pray that they would
give their lives to you and I pray that they would give their destinies and futures into your hands.
I pray God that you would raise them to be holy and righteous children --children that know
you. And you know them. I pray that they will be trees planted by you and that whatever they
do will be successful and prosperous.

Prayer for your Children
Dear Lord,
I speak blessing over my children today Lord.
I pray that you would bless their little minds that they would be able to learn all of the things
they need to learn in school. I pray that you would bless their minds with insight, understanding
and wisdom.
I ask you Lord, that you would bless their time of recreation that they would learn how to get
along with others, to share, and to be selfless, and thoughtful.
I pray that you would teach them you are way of honesty and truth. As they grow up, I pray that
they would honor you and that they would honor your way. Your way is to be respectful of
parents and your way is to honor all people. And your way is to always tell the truth.
I pray that my children would be surrounded in good company --only good influences from
other families who are like-minded.
I pray that my children would have a wonderful and happy childhood, a childhood that they will
reflect on when they are old and remember fondly.
Most of all, dear Lord, I pray that whatever it is that you’ve called them to do in this time, that
your purpose would prevail in their lives. I pray for my children that they would be people that
hear from you and follow your leading in everything they do. Let them do everything as unto
you. May you find them fully pleasing in your sight.
Even as I pray this prayer, dear Lord, I know that you have already gone before me and paved
the way of peace and happiness for my children. And I thank you for it in the precious name of

Court (Justice in)
Hi Kathy,
I would like to see a prayer in your book regarding justice. I am in court against my ex-
husband who just does not want to comply with the judgment regarding our two sons. ..the
Judge has not been given all the true facts and now I am going in … to handle my own case. I
really need God to fight and speak through me for his Divine Justice and I have no idea what
scriptures would be a fit for me... Thank you and God Bless you.

A Prayer for Justice in Court
Dear Lord,
As I go forth in court, I pray only for truth to prevail. I ask you Lord to shut the mouths of those
who tell lies.
I pray that no lie, deceit or falsehood would prevail, but instead I ask that only justice would rule
and reign.
Let the truth be known to all.
I put a watch over my own mouth. My mouth will utter no injustice, no false report, or partiality,
but I will follow what is altogether just and uncompromisingly righteous.
I pray for those who will participate in making the final judgments --that their hearts would be
sincere and want to know the truth of the matter. I pray for them --judges, jurors, witnesses--
that they would make good decisions based on the facts.
Satan, I take authority over you and over any demonic intrusion during these proceedings. You
have no authority and no legal right to interfere with God’s people. Therefore, you are cast out
because I am submitted to and under the name that is above all other names –the name of Jesus
Christ. Therefore, you must flee.
I trust in you, Lord, to deliver me out of every evil way and see me through to victory until my
righteousness is revealed for all to see. I thank You for the victory.

(Death) Loss of A Loved One
A Prayer of Comfort Through Grieving
Heavenly Father,
I ask you today to comfort me in my time of grief.
You said in your word that to be absent from the body is to be present with you. Therefore I
know that my loved one although absent from the body is with you right now. I take great
comfort in this.
I know that he \ she is now in a place where he can rest –a place where there are no more tears,
no more heartache, and no sorrow. He is resting in you.
I know that we are much more than just a body but that we are spirit and soul also. Therefore, I
know that his spirit will live on for eternity.
But I ask you to help me get through this time of missing the one I love. I take comfort in your
word that all things work together for good to those who love you and to those who are called
according to your purpose.
There is comfort in knowing that when this earthly tabernacle has passed away, we have another
building that’s not made with hands but is made by you where we will live on forever.
Therefore I refuse to let my heart be troubled at this time. Even though I know I will miss this
the one I love so much. When I think of him, I will cry because I miss him. I will feel the loss
and feel the loneliness. But I give these feelings over to your loving care. I give you my tears
and I give you my broken heart; I give you my feelings of loss and loneliness.
There are so many things I don’t understand. But one thing I know for sure is that you are the
comforter. You are the only one who can comfort me and bring me peace. I rest in your comfort
and I refuse to let my heart be troubled. I rest in the assurance that you are God and you make no
mistakes.
When my father or mother is gone or my sister or brothers are gone you said you would never
leave me nor forsake me. You said that you would be mother, father, sister, and brother to me. I
trust in and I rely on you.

Deliverance
A Prayer for Deliverance
Dear God in Heaven,
A prayer today and ask you for your deliverance to be manifested in my life.
I put my trust and my hope in you for everything that I need. And I know that I will come out of
this on top. The same deliverance you promised your people thousands of years ago belongs to
me today.
You told your people, Israel, that if they would put their trust in you, you would deliver them of
all evil. You made them to know your power even in the middle of a wilderness. You showed
them you were committed to their total deliverance-spirit, soul, and body.
You made sure that they all stayed well; you made sure that they all stayed strong. You even
parted the waters of the Red Sea and made them to walk across on dry land.
You kept them safe from all of the evil that was around them. And just like you delivered them, I
know you will also deliver me. You will bear me on Eagles wings and bring me to yourself.
You have already proven your commitment to my complete deliverance and you have already
proven your love for me. You have already proven your steadfast faithfulness, therefore you are
worthy of my praise, my faith, and my total confidence in you.
Therefore, I thank you for delivering me out of every evil way. I thank you for bringing me into
a place of abundance in every area of my life. I thank you in the name of Jesus I pray,

O Lord,

Dear God,
According to your word, I walk in new life today. Old things have passed away and everything
in my life is now new.
I don’t live for the things of the flesh but I live and walk in the things of the Spirit. I am led by
the Spirit of God and I walk by the Spirit of God. In him –your Spirit- I move and live and in
him I have my being.
I resist the devil. I resist him steadfast in the faith. I resist my own fallen corrupted flesh and the
worldly direction it continually wants to take me in. I refuse to be a slave to my body. But you
have put all things under my feet. You have made all things to be subject to me.
Therefore, I speak victory over every corrupt and evil behavior, I speak victory over laziness,
slothfulness and the tendency to want things the easy way. I speak victory over the lust of the
flesh, lust of the eyes, and over the pride of life.
These things have no place in my life and the blood of Jesus has given me the victory over them.
Because I have made Jesus Lord of my life, I died to all that was in the world and now I live only
to the will of God. Anything in me that is not of God is dead.
I walk in a new life today. I thank you God that you said in your word that whoever believes that
Jesus is the son of God is an overcomer. And you said we overcome the world by our faith-by
our confidence in God. Therefore I’ve placed my confidence in you, my Lord.
I place my confidence in you and in your incorruptible word and I rely on it for daily
deliverance.

Encouragement
A Prayer for Encouragement
O Lord,
You are the lifter of my head. You are the one who knows me by name. You are the one who
called me even before I was in my mother's womb. You are the one who loved me and cared for
me. When I am sad, I will recall your goodness to me.
When I am down, I will remember your great kindness and faithfulness to me all of my days. I
will encourage myself in you. I will remember that it is because of your great love and
compassion and your mercies that never fail that allow me to be alive today.
It is because of your compassion and mercy that I am not consumed. Great is your faithfulness
to me, O Lord.
I refuse to let my heart be down, in despair, or discouragement. I know that in men there is
always shortcoming and even failure. Therefore I do not put my trust in men, but I put my trust
in you, O Lord, who works through men.
I know that all men fall short of your glory. And I know that even I fall short of your glory.
Even I make mistakes. I ask you to forgive me when I make mistakes and cover me and not only
me but all men.
I lift my head up and I lift my eyes up to the hills because that is where my help comes from.
My help is in you. My hope is in you. My hope and my fervent expectation is to live a life
where I am always encouraged anew and where I am always abounding in you.
And I look forward to the day when everything corrupt and everything that's not right will be
folded up and taken away and only the perfect will remain. I look forward to the day when we
will behold your glory face-to-face.
But until that perfect day comes I will encourage myself in the Lord.

A Prayer for Encouragement
Dear Lord,
I encourage myself in you today. Regardless of my circumstances, regardless of my situation,

and regardless of what's going on around me, I know I can count on you. Therefore I have hope.
I choose to take the time as you said in your word to meditate on things that are lovely, things
that are virtuous, and of good report.
I find many good reports all around me. I find your promises to me in your word to be good
reports therefore I meditate on them. Your word says that you have already blessed me and
made me to be the head and not the tail in every area of my life.
You came so that I might have life and have it more abundantly.
You said all things are possible to those who believe, and that the faith that I have in you is
enough to overcome the world. Therefore I meditate on these things. I meditate on these good
reports.

Enlightenment
Dear Lord,
I ask to receive enlightenment from you daily. As I spend time in your word, you said your word
would be a light to me. Your word is a light to my path. I pray that your light will shine and
give direction for the things that I need to do every day.
As I am moving through my day, I ask to have your light in every decision I make. I will have
your light in every choice that I make and in every place my feet walk.
I need your light in my life. Without it I would be walking in darkness. I refuse to walk in
darkness because you said in your word that the moment I was born again your Holy Spirit came
to live in me. Therefore I rely on the Spirit of God in me to open my eyes, so that I can see your
light.
I rely on your Spirit to guide and direct and lead me in all things.
Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. Your word is enlightenment. No other
path is enlightened but yours.

God’s Favor (Grace)
God’s favor is different than the favor of man. The favor and good will of man is usually based
on having a good relationship with someone. If a person likes you, then they’ll help you. But if
things go wrong in your relationship with that person, you may find yourself no longer in their
good graces.
The favor of God is His grace. Grace is much more than favor. Grace means undeserved favor. It
means you have God’s help, support and kindness even when you do things wrong. It is favor
that you don’t deserve.
That’s good to know. Especially when we know that we are flawed people who sin every day
and have a tendency to turn away from God and go our own way. Even in our worse states (and
in our best state) God’s grace ---His undeserved favor is always present with us ready to help us.

A Prayer for God’s Favor
Dear Lord,
I ask today that your favor would be with me and operating in my life.
According to your word I have put my faith and my trust in you. Therefore I am your child and
your supernatural favor abides in me.
Because I am in you and you are in me, I am a just and righteous person --blameless in your
sight.
I walk in habitual fellowship with you every day. Therefore as Noah found grace and favor in
your eyes Lord, I know with confidence that I also have found favor and grace in your sight.
Your favor --dwelling in me-- brings me good understanding and high esteem in the sight of both

Dear God,
I ask that your supernatural favor would be on me today.

I pray that everywhere I go and in everything that I have to do today, your favor would surround
me like a shield. I pray that your shield of favor would open doors for me, soften hearts towards

Father God,
You said in your word that a good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children and that
the wealth of the sinner is laid up for those who are righteous and just.
You said that your blessing brings wealth.
Therefore I pray today that as I follow your word, please show yourself strong in me.
Your word says that your eyes go to and fro throughout the earth looking for a person in whom
you can show yourself strong. As I follow your word and as I'm careful to obey it in all of my
affairs, I pray that your eyes find me and you begin to show yourself strong in my life.
I pray your blessings of material wealth on my life and all my family. I pray that I am able to
leave an inheritance to my children and to my grandchildren.
As we are blessed and as my family and children are blessed we will bless the Lord because we
know that all wealth comes from you and by your power you have given it to us.
Because of your son Jesus, I don't stand in my own name, but I stand in his great name. Jesus
has the name that is exalted above every other name that at the name of Jesus every knee shall

Dear Heavenly Father,
I ask you today to manifest your abundance in my life.
As you said in your word, I'm supposed to bring my requests before you in prayer and with
thanksgiving. You said that the righteous cry out and the Lord hears. You said in your word that
you, O Lord, are the supplier of all my needs according to your riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Therefore I receive you today as my supplier of needs. I receive you today as my provider.
I pray today that you would fill every need I have in my life.

Today Heavenly Father,
I take a stand on your promise to me for financial abundance.
You are a God of abundance. You are not a God of lack. You are not a God of insufficiency.
Your word says my cup runs over. Therefore I expect to have a cup that is running over.
Even when you fed the 5000, the word of God says that they all ate until they were completely
full. And then after they were full there was an excess of food left over. This is your nature and
your character. This is the blessing of God. This is the blessing of abundance and I receive that
blessing today.
I rebuke every thought that is counter to the character of God. I rebuke every thought given to
me as a child and given to me growing up that says God doesn’t care about abundance. These
are evil thoughts that have come from the devil and they have no place in me. The devils’
thoughts are to steal from me, to kill me, and to destroy me. Therefore I will not allow them in
my mind.
Instead I will focus on who you truly are God. I'll focus on your word and your promises to me.
I only have to lookup to the sky and the heavens are telling the glory of God.
The word glory means heavy, weighted down and abundant. You created the sun that shines on
us each day and it is abundant. There is no lack. You created the very world that we live in for
our good so that it will support us and keep us and there is abundance and increase everywhere I
see.
I refuse to have lack in my life. And I refuse to miss out on all of the financial abundance you
placed here for me to have.
All wealth and all abundance comes from you and you gave me the power to get wealth.
Therefore I receive it today. I receive the power to get wealth.
I pray that all good things in my life are multiplied and I pray that anything in my life that is not
like you is burned up as I diligently obey the voice of the Lord my God and as I carefully
observe to follow all of your commandments.

Show me the Prosperous Way
Dear Lord,
I pray that your covenant that you swore to Abraham would be established in me. You said to
Abraham that you would bless him and all his seed. Let your covenant be established in me.
Everything under the heaven and everything in heaven belongs to you. The cattle on a thousand
hills belong to you. Therefore I pray that as I put your word in my heart and in my mouth, as I
meditate on it day and night, as I observe to do according to all that's written in it, I pray that you
would make my way prosperous. I pray that I would deal wisely and that I would have good
success.
I pray that you would show me how to make my way prosperous. I know that you have a plan
for my prosperity. I know that even before time began you've put in me the skills, talents, and
gifts to use to serve and to be a blessing to my family. I know you have not left me without a
way for prosperity.
So I ask you to open up your wisdom to me and show me the prosperous way. Show me the
prosperous path to take. I pray that you would guide every deal that I make. And I pray that
every deal is done wisely. I pray that every new deal opens up the door for increased prosperity.
Open up my mind so that I'm able to comprehend and understand whatever is needed to make for
prosperity for my life. And I am open to hear from you. I am open to receive correction from
you in every area of my life. I welcome your correction because I know that you're correcting
word adjusts my path and course in life.
I know that your corrective word will put me on a good path for success. I pray that I would
experience good success in everything that I put my hand to.
As I continue to prosper I will be a blessing, not only to my family but also to those who are
weak, and those who are in need.

Finding a Spouse
Prayer for Finding a Spouse
Dear Lord,
You said in your word to bring my requests to you. You said that you would give me the very
desires of my heart. Therefore I ask you to bring my spouse into my life.
I know that you know all things. Therefore you know the spouse that is best for me. You said in
your word that it is not good for man to be alone. And I agree with you; it is not good to be
alone. I know you want good things for me. You are a God who loves me and I know you want
me to be able to share my life and love with someone else.
I place my faith in your good word. I place my faith in your good promises to me. I refuse to be
anxious for anything, but I will wait on you and I know I will see this blessing in my life.
I pray that your wisdom is always present in my life so that I make good quality choices in all
my relationships. I open my heart to hear from your Holy Spirit who dwells in me. I pray that I
would receive guidance in all relationships from him. I look for your guidance and I rely on it.
I rebuke loneliness from my life in the name of Jesus. I let go of bad decisions and bad
behaviors of the past. I refuse to be governed by this world's system. I refuse to focus my
attention on statistics, odds and chance. All things are possible to those who believe.
Your Word says that you, O God, are the supplier of everything that I need. Therefore I have no
need for statistics. I expect your word to be established in me. Be it unto me according to your
word.
I refuse to feel sorry for myself. I refuse to mumble, complain and grumble. I refuse to try to
manipulate others into a committed relationship. I refuse to try to make things happen in any
way that is outside of your will and outside of love. Instead, I will stand confident in your word.
I stand confident in the principal of love.
I let love rule, reign, and have its way in my life and in my relationships. I make myself
available in places where there is fellowship among like-minded believers. And I do the things
that I know to do to advance this process and love. I make myself available and busy in doing the
things that you've called me to do with my life and as I do them, my confidence is in you to
make the connections -the introductions, the meeting with the one I will love for a lifetime.

Forgiveness
Hi Kathy,
I know you must be very busy but I do need your help with a question. I have sin. I need to
know does god forgive me and is there a way to find out if he has forgiven me or is there a sign I

A Prayer Asking for Forgiveness
Dear Lord,
I acknowledge my sin to you, and my iniquity, I do not hide. My confessions of sin

According to your word in 1 John 1:9, you said that if I would confess my sins to you, you are
faithful and just to forgive my sins and to cleanse me from all unrighteousness.
I thank you for instant forgiveness and the removal of any guilt and iniquity from me.
O God, you are ever truthful and you cannot deceive. Therefore, I rest my hope in you. I know
that your word will never fail me. Heaven and earth will pass away, but your word will never
fail.
You are not like man; you cannot lie. If you said you would forgive me, I am forgiven.

Because I have confessed my sin to you and asked for forgiveness, you have removed my

A Prayer Forgiving Others
Dear Heavenly Father,
Your steadfast love towards me never ceases. And your mercy never comes to an end. Your
mercy towards me is new every morning. Even though I make mistakes and I do wrong things
every day, you forgive me and I'm not punished. You don't hold anything against me. I'm so
grateful for that. Great is your faithfulness to me, O God!
I owe you everything. I owe you my love, I owe you my obedience. And I cannot hold anything
against anyone else --no matter what.

I forgive him\her\them for everything that happened. I forgive him for everything that went
wrong. I forgive him for hurting me and offending me.
I give my hurt and my offense to you Lord. And I know you will care for me. You will heal me
and you will give me strength again to continue on.

you treat me. I will not change my love for him. I will not change the way I care for him. I will
not change the way I treat him. My mercy towards him will be new every morning and I will
show him and demonstrate to him a steadfast love.
I know that this kind of love only comes from the Lord. And I know as I make the commitment
to live my life free from the offenses of others and as I make a commitment to live my life
forgiving and not holding grudges, you will empower me with everything I need.
This is your will for my life. This is how I will maintain a blessed life and this is how I walk in
the abundant life that you say belongs to me. Jesus bore the offenses of the whole world on his
own body. He made the greatest sacrifice and he demonstrated true forgiveness.
I walk in that same power, in that same anointing and in that same calling. I'm called to forgive.
I'm called to live a life of love. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
I thank you for your strength, Jesus, and it is in your name that I pray this prayer of forgiveness,

Happiness

A Prayer for Happiness
Dear God,
According to your word you said that happiness is not something that I need to ask for. You said
that happiness belongs to those people whose God is the Lord.
You said happy are the people whose God is the Lord. And happy is the person who has the God
of Jacob for his help. Therefore today I lay down my life and I make you Lord of my life.
I commit my life to you according to your word. I believe that Jesus died for me and rose again. I
put my faith in him therefore God is my Lord. Therefore I have the God of Jacob for my help
and my hope is in you.
Today I declare myself to be happy. I declare it in the name of Jesus.
I command every unhappy thought and any sign of sadness to flee away. Now I resist those in
the name of Jesus. I know there is one that has come to kill, steal, and destroy my happiness. I
resist you steadfast in the faith and I stand for my happiness today.
According to your powerful word you said those that meditate, ponder, and study your word day
and night, those who take time to meditate on your precepts, your instructions, and your
teachings that we would be happy people, fortunate people, prosperous people, and even
enviable people --when we walk after you. Therefore, I make a decision today to walk after you
and I receive happiness.

Dear God,
I realize that you’ve come so that I could be blessed --so that I could be happy. I thank you God
in advance for showering me with happiness.
You said in your word that you came into the world so that my joy may be full and complete and
perfect in me. That I may experience your delight fulfilled in me and so that your enjoyment may
be perfected in my own soul – that I may have your gladness within me, filling my heart.
Oh God, I thank you so much for this scripture. I thank you that you promised me I would have
joy complete and perfected in my heart and that I would experience fulfillment and that you

A Healing Prayer
Dear Father,
You said in your word that if I would diligently heed the voice of the Lord my God, if I did what
was right in your sight, giving ear to your commandments and keeping your statutes, you would
put none of the diseases on me that you have brought on those who are not following your --way
for you are the Lord who heals me.
Therefore according to your word, I ask you to heal my body. I pray that you would take
sickness away from the midst of me.
I pray that you would renew my strength, and restore every cell in my body to a state of health
and wholeness. I believe according to your word that all things are possible to those who believe
in you. You are the Lord God and there is nothing too hard for you.
Therefore I do not consider my body but I consider your promise to me and your word. I know
that you are a God who cannot fail. And I know that you are a God who always keeps his

Heavenly Father,
I will bless you, O Lord, with all my soul and I will not forget your benefits. You're the one who

who strengthens me and sustains me daily. My life is in you.

I ask you today to restore health to me and to heal my wounds. You said in your word that the
thief comes to kill and to steal and to destroy but that you have come so that I could have life and

I resist this plan of the devil who wants to steal my health away from me. Even though he walks

the victory over him.

Dear Lord,
Your word says that you love me and your will is for me to prosper in all things and to be in
health even as my soul prospers. I know that Jesus is the same yesterday today and forever.
When Jesus walked the earth anyone who had sickness or disease received healing of those who

Even though I take medications and I take my doctor's advice. I don't put my confidence in any

Dear Lord,
Every day I come to the cross of Jesus Christ.
Dear Jesus Christ, I worship you. I thank you because your blood forgave all of my sins.
All of the sins that I have committed, and all of the sins which I am going to commit in the
future, you have forgiven me eternally.
Jesus, I worship you because through the Blood you have delivered me from the power of Satan
and the world. You moved me to the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. Now I am living in your Son's

Only the blood can set me free from the chains of Satan and the world.
Now I have cast out all the influences of Satan and worldliness from my life, and the Holy

I am in the kingdom of the Son of God and the Holy Spirit leads and guides me. Jesus
Christ moves me and takes care of me. I praise you because of the blood.

Jesus, through the stripes which you received at the courtyard of Pilate, my sickness and diseases
have been taken away since 2,000 years ago.

Dear Jesus, through your blood I have been redeemed from the Adamic curse. Because of Adam
the earth was cursed. The earth was to bring forth thistles and thorns. That is the symbol of all
the failure in life.
Thank you, Jesus. You took our curse on the cross. Because the Bible says that Christ has
redeemed us from the curse of the law becoming a curse for us (for it is written cursed is
everyone that hangs upon a tree) that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles.

God I thank you for holiness and sanctification and I pray that the God of peace would sanctify

Hi Kathy,
I would like to see a prayer in your book regarding justice. I am in court against my ex-
husband who just does not want to comply with the judgment regarding our two sons. ..the
Judge has not been given all the true facts and now I am going in … to handle my own case. I

A Prayer for Justice in Court
Dear Lord,
As I go forth in court, I pray only for truth to prevail. I ask you Lord to shut the mouths of those
who tell lies.
I pray that no lie, deceit or falsehood would prevail, but instead I ask that only justice would rule
and reign.
Let the truth be known to all.
I put a watch over my own mouth. My mouth will utter no injustice, no false report, or partiality,
but I will follow what is altogether just and uncompromisingly righteous.
I pray for those who will participate in making the final judgments --that their hearts would be
sincere and want to know the truth of the matter. I pray for them --judges, jurors, witnesses--
that they would make good decisions based on the facts.

A Prayer For Long Life
Heavenly Father,
I commit to you the length of my life today and I stand on your promises. Your word says that
you will fulfill the number of my days. Your word says with long life you’ll satisfy me and
show me your salvation.
I want to see your salvation. I want to see your delivering power manifested in my life.
Dear Lord, you were with the children of Israel as they dwelt in the world with all kinds of
sicknesses and diseases around them, yet you protected them, provided for them and you kept
them. You even kept their feet from swelling.
You, O Lord, made them to know that man needs more than food in order to live; a man lives by

A Prayer for Marriage
Dear God,
I bring my petition to you today as you’ve commanded in your word --to bring my requests
before you with thanksgiving.
I know your will for my marriage is success and not failure –good and not evil –love and not
hate. Therefore I pray for my marriage according to your perfect will for marriage.
I pray that we would be one, just as you and I, Lord, are one. I am in you and you are in me and
we are one. And we cannot be separated. This is what I desire to see for my marriage as well. I

Dear Lord,
What do I say when I don’t know what else to say? What prayer can I offer up to you in my time
of need?
I pray for my spouse. His\her heart is in your hand.
I pray that the good news of peace would cross his path by the mouth of your servants or anyone

Dear Lord,
I ask you today to fill me with might and persistence so that I’m able to push through this period
of waiting in my life with an excellent spirit.
I ask you for determination and unwavering staying power---to continuing praising you and
following your word --even though I do not yet see the answer.
I pray that I may continue following your percepts even in the midst of great temptation and
trials.

Dear God,
According to Your word, I’m supposed to be persistent in my prayer requests. The word
persistence means I am to be pushy, constant and relentless with my prayer requests. I am to be
continually coming to You –unshakable and enduring.

unshakable and enduring in all my requests.
I have a “keeping on” spirit within me –a spirit that keeps on knocking, keeps on seeking, keeps

Protection \ Safety
Praying through a chapter of scripture
There are some chapters of scripture or ‘blocks’ of scripture that are so focused on an area of
God’s provision that it is a good prayer strategy to simply pray through the entire ‘block’ or
chapter of scriptures.
Psalm 91 is a great example of this. For prayers for both protection, and safety, pray through this
chapter changing the pronoun to a personal pronoun of I, me, and we.
Instead of saying, “he shall hide me under the shadow of his wing”, say, “you shall hide me
under the shadow of your wing.”

Dear God,
When Jesus walked the earth with his disciples he prayed that we all would be one. He prayed
this prayer not only for them alone but also everyone who would come to believe in you.
Therefore I pray this prayer also. I pray that all believers all around the world would unite and
be as one.
Father, you are in me and I am in you. And everyone who has put their faith in Jesus Christ in
the north, in the south, in the East, and in the West-all of us are now in the body of Christ and the
body of Christ is in you. Therefore we are all together.
And as we come together and are as one, the world will know that we have been sent by you and
your love would reign in us.

Dear Lord,
I pray for the unity of my own church. God I pray that there would be no strife. That there would

I pray today for believers to walk in unity together. This is a prayer that we need so much
because some of the church is fractured.
It wasn’t your will for us to be so separate and so separated but Jesus said that he wanted us to be
people that were united together. Jesus said, “I do not pray for these alone but I also pray for
those that believe in me through their word that they all may be one as you father are in me and I
in you. And that they also may be one in us. And that the world may believe that you sent me.”

God we pray today for complete unity in the body of Christ. God I pray according to your word

some pastors, some teachers, and some workers of the ministry. All of us are called of you. We
all have different functions but all of us have been called by you. Some will play the part of the
hands and some the feet.
Some will play the part of the legs and knees. Some will play the part of all kinds of different
systems in the body and yet we are all still one body because we are all in you. We are all in your
body. Jesus you are one with the father. I pray that the body of Christ would know this oneness.
I pray that as we come together and we begin to experience this oneness that you would cause
the body to grow as we edify, lift up, encourage, teach, instruct, and admonish each other.

I'm excited about the upcoming book! I would like to see prayers about overcoming fear, seeking

This prayer is so that you’ll begin to look beyond what it is that concerns you at this moment --
the challenge that you’re faced with. Instead, not only look at that but look beyond that and look
at the calling for which you were called.
I want you to look at the purpose for which God created you and placed you on the earth at this
specific time, at this specific place. Look at the vision that God has for the kingdom of God and
the vision that God has for you and your life, and your role in fulfilling that vision.
Habakkuk 2 says that we’re going to write that vision and we’re going to make it plain. We are
going to put it on tablets so that anyone that reads it can run with it because the vision is for an
appointed time. At the end it will speak. It will not lie. Though it tarries we will wait on it
because it will surely come. It will not tarry.
Ephesians 1 says in him we also were made God’s heritage and portion. We obtain an
inheritance for we have been foreordained, chosen and appointed before hand.
In accordance with his purpose who works out everything in agreement with the counsel and
design of his own will so that we who have first hoped in Christ, who first put our confidence in
him have been destined and appointed to live for the praise for his glory. Hallelujah.
So we thank God. He has established a destiny and he has an appointment for you to live in the
praise and the glory of God because we are his own workmanship. We’re his handiwork. We
were created in Christ Jesus, born anew that we may do good works.
Those good works are works that God has predestined. He’s planned them beforehand for us.
Not for anyone else but specifically for you.
We are taking paths which he prepared ahead of time that you should walk in them living the
good life which he prearranged and made ready for you to live. Being confident that whatever it
is that God’s called you to do, he’s already completed it and you’re just walking in what he’s
already completed.
It says in Psalm 138, “the Lord will perfect everything that concerns you.” He will not forsake
the work of his own hands and you are the work of his own hands.
Do you not know that you’re the chosen generation? You’re a royal priesthood. You’re a holy
nation. You are his own special people that you may proclaim the praises of him that called you
out of darkness into his marvelous light. So let’s pray about the vision that God has given you.

Dear God,
I thank you for knowing me by name before I was even born and I know that you’ve already
planned out a great life for me.
I know that you have a vision for my life –my marriage, my work, my talents, and for my

Heavenly Father,
I lift up your name and I praise you and I exalt you. I recognize that I’m not put on this earth by

your calling that you’ve placed on my life.
You said in your word that before I was even born that you had a plan for me. That you had

Waiting
The book of Lamentations teaches us that when we focus on what is not going right with our
lives, our souls will not have endurance or strength. Instead, we must focus and recall the
goodness of God.

A Prayer for Waiting
O Lord,
I wait on you. My soul waits for you. My mind waits; my desire waits for you; my emotions will
wait for you.
I know that you are good to those who wait and seek after you. Therefore, I will wait in hope and
with positive expectation.
My hope is renewed as I recall your mercy to me O Lord. There are so many things I’ve done
wrong in my life that if it were not for your mercy, I would have been consumed long ago and
destroyed. You have proven your mercy in my life. I personally experience it everyday.
I recall and thank you for your loving-kindness towards me and tender compassions you have
shown to me over the years. Your compassion never fails to be there for me. No one has shown
me more compassion than you have.
As I wait, I will recall your great and abundant faithfulness to me and my family. My inner being
cries out to you, O Lord, my portion, I will wait quietly for you because this is a good thing.
In Jesus’ name Amen.

A Prayer for Wisdom – Spiritual Insight
I thank God everyday for my family and loved ones and make mention of them in my prayers.
I pray that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to us the spirit of
wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him;
I pray that the eyes of our understanding would be enlightened; that we might know what is the
hope of our calling, and what the riches of the glory of our inheritance in the saints.
I pray that we would know the exceeding greatness of Your power towards us who believe,
according to the working of Your mighty power,
which you worked out in Christ when you raised Him from the dead, and set Him at your own
right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality, and power, and might, and
dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to
come.
I thank You Lord that You have put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be the head over
all things to the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him that fills us all in all.
