Furniture Dengan Menggunakan Metode Performance Prism Dan Analytical Hierarchy Process
Abstract P erfo rmance measurement method, Performance Prism , was u sed to improve perfo rma
nce measurement method in this fu rnitu re co mpany . Until now, perfo rmance measu rement system in this
comp any haven’t represen ted overa ll organizational perfo rma nce since it only used performance measu
remen t based on individual ability.Perfo rmance mea surement using Performance Prism meth od was used
because it co uld reflects the need s and desire of ea ch identified stakeh older within company. This
performance mea surement is an integrated measu remen t, encompassing all company aspects ( stakeholder )
which related with stakeholder satisfaction and stakehold er contribution fo r the company. Perfo rmance
measur ement in this study a lso supported by several other methods such as weightin g with Analytical
Hiera rch y Process (A HP ) to determine priority scale of each KP I, Scoring System u sing Objectives
Matrix (OMAX ) and Traffic Light System to determine tota l index v a lue of company in co rporation
level and category of those indices . Results of performance measurement in this company u sing
Performance P rism indicated 79 KPI’ s consist of 17 KPIs on Investor perspective, 1 6 KPI’s on Customer
perspective, 16 KPI’ s on Emp loyee perspective, 15 KPI’ s on Supplier perspective and 1 5 KPI’s on
Regulato r perspective. Ba sed on perfo rmance measurement calculation using Objective Matrix a nd Traffic
Light System , it obtained to tal index value 5,8364. This sho wed that performance of this furn iture
company still yet to reach desirable perfo rma nce thus it would need some improvement in th is matter.
