It is once again the time of year to register your child for football and cheerleading. Registration dates
will be held at the Belvidere Wildcats Field House on the following dates:

Saturday, April 30th - 10:00 am – 1:00 pm Saturday, May 14th - 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Sunday, May 1st - 10:00 am – 1:00 pm Sunday, May 15th - 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

To simplify the registration, you can print the forms off our website at www.belviderewildcats.org.
Forms can be mailed to: Belvidere Wildcats, PO Box 82, Belvidere NJ 07823. Please note the forms
that must be completed for registration. All forms must be completed and returned for each
football player or cheerleader.

* Mandatory forms that must be completed for registration.

Registrations fees are as follows for all cheerleaders and flag football players: $50 (1 child), $90 (2
children), and $120 (3+ children). All Peewee, Biddy and Midget football players: $75 (1 child), $125
(2 children) and $175 (3+ children).

Parent Fundraising and Work Bond Form

A very large part of the success of our program is our volunteers. As with most sports programs, we
are a non-profit organization. Due to our fundraising efforts, we were able to keep our registration fees
to a minimum and purchase all necessary equipment. Help is needed during our five home games. We
also ask families of all levels to assist with playoffs and tournaments if they arise.

FUNDRAISERS
Our fundraisers this year will include a lottery calendar and a Roast Beef Dinner. Families are required
to sell 5 tickets minimum for each of these fundraisers. Gift cards will be presented to the 3 top-selling
families for each of these fundraisers. A buy-out option is available at $200.00 per family for these
fundraisers only.

VOLUNTEER WORK BOND

Please note the requirements for each family: Each family will be required to work 2 events during
our home games and one additional outside event. We run a concession stand during our home games
and at Victorian Days. Work bond checks ($150) will be collected from each family during uniform
handouts. Checks will be returned after work requirements have been met. The following is a list of
home game and outside events.

At uniform handouts, all families will be required to bring their work bond check and sign-up for
their work bond details. Sign-up sheets will be available for all events. Uniforms will not be
distributed until this check is received.
