The goal of the LIBERTY INDEX is to inform the concerned voter, to give factual data and to tell the truth. A Yea vote subtracts one point from a letter grade and a Nay vote adds one point. General Acts 61 to 70 were passed by unanimous vote in both House and Senate.

Scoring Acts 60 and 71 as “Against Liberty” Tier 1 lowers the
grade of our allies in the Senate because they voted unanimously with the Senate. The goal of the Liberty Index is to inform the concerned voter, to give factual data and to tell the truth as best I can. It is not to make friends.
Act 60 is scored Tier 1 “Against Liberty” (a Yea vote
subtracts one point from a letter grade and a Nay vote adds one point to a letter grade)
Act 71 is scored Tier 1 “Against Liberty”.
The others, General Acts 61 to 70, are Tier 0 No Impact
(adding or subtracting 0 from a letter grade) on Liberty and graded “All Members”. “All members” means every member gets same grade for this vote.
In reviewing , with the exception of Act 60-SB 1200 Interstate
Wildlife Violator (House 178-15 Senate Unanimous) and General Act 71-SB 1327 Phila Pilotage Rates ( House 131- 66 Senate Unanimous ) , General Acts 61 to 70 l were passed by unanimous vote in both House and Senate. In fact, Acts 60 to 69 were passed unanimously by Senate.
