Sectio Cesaria Elective V Mayor

o Pasien dalam posisi litotomi dalam spinal anestesi

o Asepsis dasn antisepsis daerah operasi dan sekitarnya
o Insisi Pfananstel 10 cm
o Lapisan abdomen dibuka lapis demi lapis
o Setelah peritoneum terbuka tampak uterus gravidum
o Identifikasi SBR, SBR disayat semilunar dilebarkan secara tajam ditembus secara tumpul dengan meluksir kepala
dilahirkan bayi laki laki BBL : 3200 g PB: 48 a/s 8/9
o Ketuban habis
o Dengan tarikan sisa tali pusat dan dilahirkan plasenta dengan lengkap
o SBR dijahit dengan PGA no.1 secara continues
o Cairan abdomen dicuci dengan Nacl 0,9 %
o Lapisan peritoneum dijahit dengan cat Gut no.3 secara continues
o Lapisan otot dijahit dengan cat gut no.3.0 secara interrupted
o Lapisan fascia dijahit dengan PGA no.1 secara continues
o Lapisan subkutis dijahit secara interuptus dengan PGA no.1
o Lapisan kulit dijahit dengan prolene 3.0 secara subkutikuler
o Tindakan selesai
