Season in Indonesia
Rainy and dry are the two tropical seasons in Indonesia. Rainy season starts from
November to April. It rains almost every day. It often rains a whole day from morning to
evening. Everything is wet. The weather is cold. Clothes dry longer. People need raincoats and
umbrellas for going out. But children love this season. They enjoy the rain. They run in the
rain. They play football in the rain. They play anything in the rain.
When May comes, the dry season starts. It usually ends in October. It is sunny every day.
It is dry and hot. It is dusty too. The sky is very bright at night so that moon and stars look very
clear and beautiful. Clothes dry fast. People water their plan every day. Children play kites in
this season. They need umbrellas, caps, or hats for going out. They need fans or air conditioner
at home.

I Love My Pet

My name’ s Amanda and I’m twelve years old. I live in Edinburgh with my family.
This is my lovely pet dog, its name is Frufru. My mum and dad bought it for my tenth birthday,
two years ago. My dog is brown and it’s got soft fur and soft tail. It likes running in the city
park and playing with the ball, but its favorite game is eating my socks! Frufru eats dog’s food
but it likes ice-cream and cake, too!
My dad built a small house by wood in the garden to sleep in it at night, because my
relatives refuse to let Frufru sleeps in my bedroom. In my free time I like taking my dog for a
walk or taking it in my bike’s basket. I love my dog and for my next birthday I wish I could
