Berikut ini kami informasikan jadwal kegiatan persiapan Acara Wisuda 64, yang akan diselenggarakan
secara online, pada:

KETENTUAN TEKNIS HARI H WISUDA

1. Wisudawan yang belum mempunyai akun Zoom dengan email binus.ac.id, diharuskan
membuat akun Zoom (sign up) dengan email BINUS agar dapat mengakses link Zoom briefing
dan link Zoom acara wisuda. Email @binus.ac.id ini dimiliki oleh semua Binusian yang melekat
pada BINUSMAYA Academic Services/MyBASE/LMS.
2. Panduan teknis pembuatan akun Zoom dengan email @binus.ac.id dapat dilihat di link berikut:
bit.ly/Zoom_registration_guidelines
3. Wisudawan hanya dapat mengakses link Zoom dengan 1 akun Zoom binus.ac.id saja.
4. Dalam 1 frame Zoom tersebut, wisudawan yang tinggal bersama orang tua, dihimbau dapat
didampingi oleh kedua orang tua (atau pasangan bagi yang telah menikah) saat pelantikan per
fakultas, tetapi tidak diwajibkan.
5. Apabila wisudawan berbeda tempat tinggal dengan orang tua, maka orang tua atau keluarga
lainnya dapat menyaksikan acara wisuda online melalui link live streaming YouTube.
6. Pelantikan serentak akan dilakukan di awal oleh Rektor, sedangkan pemanggilan wisudawan
dengan spotlight (wisudawan on camera) akan dilakukan di acara fakultas.
7. Untuk keperluan spotlight, wisudawan wajib mengganti display name pada Zoom dengan
format: No Urut Spotlight-NIM-Nama Lengkap.

9. Link Zoom pelaksanaan wisuda untuk wisudawan dan link live streaming YouTube untuk
keluarga akan diumumkan pada hari Rabu, 15 Desember 2021 di microsite wisuda
binus.ac.id/graduation maupun BINUSMAYA Academic Services/MyBASE/LMS. Link tersebut
bersifat personal sehingga dimohon tidak meneruskan link ke wisudawan lainnya.
10. Hadir tepat waktu dan mengikuti wisuda sampai selesai.
11. Memakai toga lengkap, dengan panduan dress code berikut:
a. Wanita: memakai kemeja/pakaian sopan atau memakai kebaya (tidak wajib), serta toga
lengkap termasuk topinya.
b. Pria: memakai kemeja sopan, dasi kupu-kupu, serta toga lengkap termasuk topinya.
c. Tali topi berada di sisi sebelah kiri, saat dilantik akan dipindahkan ke sebelah kanan oleh orang
tua/pendamping/diri sendiri.
12. Menggunakan salah satu virtual background Zoom yang tersedia di microsite wisuda.
13. Mengaktifkan kamera selama wisuda dan memastikan audio tetap dalam posisi mute.
14. Menjaga situasi wisuda tetap kondusif dan tidak melakukan kegiatan lain yang dapat mengganggu
pelaksanaan wisuda.

TECHNICAL PROVISIONS ON THE GRADUATION DAY

1. Graduates who do not have a Zoom account with the email binus.ac.id should make a Zoom
account (sign up) with a BINUS email, to be able to access the graduation briefing Zoom link
and the graduation ceremony Zoom link. This @binus.ac.id email address is owned by all
Binusian and connected to BINUSMAYA Academic Services/MyBASE/LMS.
2. The technical guidelines in making a Zoom account with the email @binus.ac.id can be seen
at the following link: bit.ly/Zoom_registration_guidelines
3. Graduates can only access the Zoom link with 1 binus.ac.id Zoom account.
4. In 1 Zoom frame, graduates who reside with their parents are urged to be accompanied by
both of their parents (or partner for those who are already married) during the inauguration
per faculty, but it is not required.
5. If graduates have a different place of residence with their parents, then their parents or other
relatives can watch the online graduation ceremony through a YouTube live streaming link.
6. The simultaneous inauguration will be done at the beginning by the Rector, while calling the
graduates with a spotlight (graduates on camera) will be conducted in the faculty event.
7. For the spotlight necessity, graduates are required to replace the display name in Zoom with
the format Spotlight Order No.-Student ID-Complete Name.

8. The spotlight order number can be seen in BINUSMAYA Academic Services/MyBASE/LMS in

the Seat Number section
a. For Regular and International Graduates:

9. The Zoom link for the graduation ceremony for graduates and the YouTube live streaming link
for family members will be announced on Wednesday, 15 December 2021, on the graduation
microsite binus.ac.id/graduation or BINUSMAYA Academic Services/MyBASE/LMS. The link is
considered personal, so that graduates are urged to not share it with others.
10. Graduates should be present on time and follow the ceremony until it concludes.
11. Wear the complete toga and abide by the following dress code:
a. Women: wear a formal top/ polite clothing or a kebaya (Javanese blouse - optional), as
well as a complete toga with a hat.
b. Men: wear a polite and formal dress shirt and bowtie, as well as a complete toga with a
hat.
c. The tassle should be on the left side of the hat, and during the inauguration it will be moved
to the right side of the hat by parents/guardians/yourself.
12. Use 1 of the Zoom virtual backgrounds provided on the graduation ceremony microsite.
13. Activate your camera during the graduation ceremony and make sure that the audio is in a
mute position.
14. Make sure that the graduation ceremony is in a conducive situation, and do not do any
activities which may disrupt the graduation ceremony.
