Some point against Tilak Maharashtra University and Institute of Business

Studies & Research

1. Tilak Maharashtra University is a deemed university.

2. According to UGC norms deemed university can operate within their own
campus, or can open off campus/ Institute ( By same Management) or can
open study center.
3. Deemed university can run only distance course in study center. They can
run full time course only in own campus. Deemed university can’t affiliate
any college or Institute to run any course.
4. Study center can charge money for course as per their University guide
lines. Study center can’t ask more money than university fees structure for
any reason.
5. Because TMV can’t affiliate any college , so whatever degree will be
provided in such so called affiliate college, the degree is also illegal,
according to UGC law.

IBSAR at fault:
1. IBSAR not AICTE or DEC approved.
2. So it can’t run any distance course also.
3. It can’t claim it is affiliate by TMV, because deemed can’t affiliate a
college. So the full matter is illegal. It can’t run distance course of TMV
also, because it is not approved by DEC.
4. During admission IBSAR claim it is affiliate by TMV.

Now some disputes of such laws by Tilak Maharashtra University & Institute of
Business Studies & research:

Institute of Business Studies & research is the study center for distance
education.
 But according to Institute of Business studies & Research:

IBSAR never promote her as a Distance study center of Tilak
Maharashtra University, rather than they say its affiliate by Tilak

2. Tilak Maharashtra University can run distance course in Institute of

Business Studies & Research. But Tilak Maharashtra University run full time
course in Institute of Business Studies & Research.

Tilak Maharashtra University has two different course structures for MBA
through distance education and full time MBA.

5. Institute of Business studies & Research during admission mislead every

student and says this MBA course is under full time regular course,
approved by UGC recognized University.

As evidence I can tell you, I have been taken education loan (Rs: 4,
00,000/-) from SBI, H.B.Town, Sodepur, Kolakata-700100, under saving A/C:
10209005770.

My loan a/c no: 30802698613, and its clearly written for two years full time
degree approved by UGC.

The main requirements to get education loan from SBI are:

1. The course has to be full time regular course.

2. The course has to be approved by either AICTE, or UGC.

Now Institute of Business Studies & Research, Navi Mumbai is not approved by
AICTE. And also the MBA degree is not under regular full time course. Tilak
Maharashtra University can’t affiliate to run any full time course in study center.
But Institute of Business Studies & Research, Navi Mumbai on the time of
admission gave me documents which clearly mentioned the MBA course is 2 years
full time under UGC recognized University.

Conclusion:

From above 4 point you can easily understand Institute of Business Studies &
Research is a private management body, running distance course of MBA (
Actually Full time MBA which is not legal, because Institute of Business Studies
& Research is not AICTE approved) in the name of full time MBA. Tilak
Maharashtra University is also helping Institute of Business Studies & Research to
run this illegal business. The way Tilak Maharashtra University conduct exam and
result ( as per 2 year full time MBA course) for the student of Institute of Business
Studies & Research is the prove for that. I don’t want to say about the education
environment of Institute of Business Studies & Research. It is more than pathetic.
This kind of MBA Institute which is mushrooming now a day’s totally changed the
MBA study pattern of MBA. Now MBA is matter of fun.

I above state enough evidence against Tilak Maharashtra University & Institute of
Business Studies & Research.

For this matter I contacted UGC and your department also from many days. But I
didn’t get any response. Within 4 month I am going to complete my MBA.

I don’t want to complete My MBA from this fraudulent University & Institute,
otherwise I am a fraud also.

Also I don’t want to lose my precious two years and my all expenditure for
commencing this course.

As a citizen of India can I get justice from the apex body of INDIA???
