SPONSORSHIP BOOKING TERMS

Confirmation: You will receive acknowledgement of your booking and invoice within 48
hours of sending your registration form. Please call us on + 44 (0) 207 520 9341 or fax +
44 (0) 207 520 9342 in case you do not receive confirmation within stated period.
Payment and taxes: Payment should be made to Advantix Ltd within 2 weeks of
receiving the invoice or before 10 September 2010. All credit card payments are subject
to 3% charge. AMEX cards are not accepted. Please allow 5 working days for BACS
payment. UK VAT is not applied to payments made to the UK account. Payments made
to the bank account in Russia will be subject to Russian VAT, Bank commission
charges and Exchange rates.
Cancellation: Cancelations received in writing before 10 September 2010 may be
subject to administration charge of up to 250 GBP. Full sponsorship fees are payable in
the event of cancelation on 10 September 2010 or thereafter.
Sponsored delegate passes: Please submit sponsored delegate names by completing
“SPONSORED DELEGATE REGISTRATION FORM”. Delegate substitutions are
welcome at any time free of charge (providing the delegate has Russian entry visa).
Speakers: To confirm speaker or moderator at the Forum, please submit
“SPEAKER (MODERATOR) FORM ”
Use of sponsor’s logos and corporate profile: To ensure correct display and print of
corporate logo and company profile on MINEX website and MINEX printed materials,
please comply with the MINEX 2010 “Artwork Guidelines”.
