Hasil nilai CT sangat tergantung dari reagen PCR yang digunakan, tipe VTM dan jumlah RNA yang dihasilkan dari proses ekstraksi sample.
Setiap reagen PCR memiliki ambang batas nilai CT yang berbeda-beda. Jadi jika nilai CT tinggi dan diulang testnya dengan jenis reagen PCR
yang lain maka hasil nilai CT bisa menjadi rendah.
The CT value will depend on the PCR reagent kit, the type of VTM and the amount of RNA produced during sample ectraction. Each PCR
reagent kit has a different CT threshold, so high CT values can be low when tested with different reagent kits.

Keputusan klinikal jika berdasarkan dengan tinggi rendahnya nilai CT harus sangat hati-hati, karena kondisi infeksius seseorang hanya bisa
terdeteksi dengan pemeriksaan kultur virus.
Clinical decisions based on the high and low CT scores must be careful, because the infectious condition of a person can only detected by
doing a viral culture
