Required points 120 for 175 visa as skilled migrant to Australia:

Step -1: Skill assessment from CAA, CPA or NIA for 60 points.

BCOM & MCOM certificates, transcript & syllabus verified from University, attested from
education ministry, foreign ministry & Australian embassy.

Send these papers to CAA, CPA or NIA with AU$ 350 - 400 fees.
If passed the test then step-2. (result valid for 5 years)

Step-2: IELTS

Attend IELTS exam. You have to achieve minimum 6 points (visa point 15) in every category. If
you can achieve 7 points in every category you will get 25 visa points.

This result is valid for 1 year. If you cannot achieve sufficient points, you can attend again with 3
months interval. Fees QR700 (approx.)

Step-3: Appoint a lawyer

Arrange fund. According to my search, lawyer charges minimum AU$3,000.

Lawyer will lodge your application with following papers-
a) Visa fees
b) Skill assessment result
c) Papers required: same as verified & attested in Step-1.
d) All experience certificates attested from foreign ministry & Australian embassy.
e) Certified copy of passport
f) Birth certificate showing both parents name (I think passport will fulfill the purpose)

Additional papers required when you asked by immigration deptt. to provide after lodging
application:

a) Medical certificate
b) Police clearance: from home country & the country you lived more than 1 year (in the
mean time if you leave Qatar, you must collect a police clearance certificate.)
