Telephone Voice Recording System

Install Driver s for TVRS and Cable Connecting

a. Turn off the computer and unplug its power cord, and remove the chassis
cover.

b. contact USB Telephone Voice Recording Box

c. Connect telephone wires at the back of the USB box.

d. Connect speaker box or earphone to audio jack.

e. Switch computer power on, Click Next when Windows prompts Found
New Hardware.

f. Click Search for latest drivers (Recommend) On next dialog box, and
click button next.

g. Insert CD with label Telephone Recording System

h. Click button Destination, find Driver folder

i. Click Next

j. Click Completed, drivers were installed or (Finish)

How to Install TVRS software

After connecting recording cards and cables, turn on PC

(1).Run Setup.exe in CD root,install the TVRS software.

(2).Insert Keypro , windows prompts new hardware was found, click Search latest driver for
the device.(only for recording card software )

Uninstall Software

Go desktop “Start” menu, Programes ->Telephone Voice Recording System ->Uninstall Software.

Note: All user database and recording files in folder : MDR、MDR BACKUP、ZDR and VOC wouldn’t be removed.

Quick Software Setup

Some menu items are locked. Click menu Operate->Log on,input


password. To enable all menu items, or just click main buttons on the bottom
of interface.

Notice: Click menu Operate->Lock Menu after operation to avoid


unauthorized access.

Click menu Operate->Login, default admin password is 88888.

 System supports 3 recording modes:PHONE(default),AUDIO,KEY。


option "PHONE": is for common telephone line recording.(Default
Setting)
option "AUDIO": is for microphone or meeting system audio output line
recording.
option "KEY": start and end a conversation recording by pressing a
telephone keycode.defautl is press * to start record and press #
or hangup to end record.
Note: Need to restart Telephone Voice Recording Software.

 System starts to record voice when off-hook a telephone, and stop recording when
hangup.Go Find&Play,you can search and play recorded voice files.
 Go System form ,you can set many options as following illustration:

Setting for Client Access

1. Share c:\MDR folder with full rights,password is recommended.


2. Share VOC folder, share with read only right.
3. Go to client PC, install Telephone Recording software as same as server, go Network
Telephone Voice Recording System

Neighborhood, find server (with recording card installed),and find MDR folder,make a shortcut
for this Client.exe on desktop
4. Click shortcut of Client.exe on client PC, now you can search and play recording files just like on server

Customer Popup Setting

Seat means a PC with IP address in LAN.


1. Go System\Seats, check on Enable IP
Interface, Input all the IP address or PC
Name to seats table, All these computers
would receive customer information
when some call is incoming with caller id.

2. If incoming caller information from a


specified phone line, only be sent to one
specified seat(PC),go System\Channel
Setting\Specified Seat ID , assign a seat for
handling this channel.。

3 When a new call is incoming with caller ID


,POPUP can show the callerID number,
Double click the caller ID to add to phone
book ro customer database .

4. If one specified incoming caller id can only


be processed by one seat(PC),then go
Customer Popup\Customer
Database\Basic Info\Specified Seat ID,
input the appointed IP address or computer
name.
