QMS System.
(2) Reporting directly to the Project Manager.
(3) To hierarchy the work-in-progress, the assessed needs the encountered
problem.
(4) To carry out Mechanical work Pre-Inspections.
(5) Preparing the Work Inspection Requests and Materials Inspections
Requests.
(6) To Maintain Mechanical Works Inspection Status and also MEP Approved
Materials Status.
(7) Coordinate with the Consultants for Approvals. (Materials and Work
inspection)
(8) To Submit MEP work Status reports to Project Manager at the End of the
Week.

Project Zinc and Stainless Steel 316 coatings at different coating parameters
Review were deposited and subjected to various post treatments (SS). The
effect of process parameters and the treatment conditions on coating
properties such as porosity, micro hardness, EBSD studies, etc., was
studied. The as-coated specimens exhibited low corrosion resistant
was found to improve with heat treatment. EBSD samples (zinc) are
prepared using Ion beam milling and SS samples using mechanical
polishing. Heat Treatments were carried out in furnace at different
temperatures and corrosion resistant close to bulk Stainless Steel
was achieved. Good correlation was observed between the porosity
and hardness of the as-coated and heat-treated specimens. From the
EBSD data Low angle grain boundaries s and twinning effect were
absorbed in SS samples.

Project This project was under taken for parametric programming and
Review groove checking template of angle products in Vishakhapatnam steel
plant. These programs are written in terms of R-parameters without
using any “CAM” software. These programs can be used for similar
shaped profile with different dimensions this reduces the
programmer’s effort and time spent on programming and works even
when cam system collapses.
