 Commercial Terms and Conditions

Note:

1. Full payment has to be received at least 2 weeks prior to the commencement of

training.
2. Payment implies confirmation and cannot be cancelled. If the trainee cannot
attend the training for which the confirmation is received, the paid amount is
forfeited.
3. Payment has to be by cheque or direct transfer to iCube’s Account using NEFT
4. There could be trainees from multiple companies in the same training session.
5. Service Tax @ 10.3% is applicable.
6. The training will be delivered at the Siemens Training Facility in Bangalore..
7. Training will be conducted only on the topics which are mentioned in the training
material and in the OOTB course material supplied by Siemens PLM Software.
8. The daily training agenda shall be provided to the attendees on the first day of the
training
9. On the last day of every training course, the iCube instructor shall hand out
Instructor evaluation forms to the candidates. These forms have to be completed
and returned to the instructor on the same day.
