The B4F investment is broken into three fee components; sign up, monthly and sales commission.

Sign up
Your initial, one off, sign up investment of $2,000 + GST.

This is a one off fee to setup your supplier profile and provide the support necessary to load your first batch of products on to the
website. This will give you a dedicated supplier page, periodic placement on the home page of B4F and the beginning of a full online
catalogue of your products.

We will show you how to get the best from the B4F website.

We can also setup a link on your existing website to your catalogue on B4F. Customers visiting your existing website can then easily
purchase your products online via B4F. Just give our support agents, csolutions (03-341-6050), a call if you are interested in setting
up a link.

This offers good value; for our level of e-commerce functionality it would cost at least $8,000 and probably much more to develop
on an individual basis with a website service provider.

The Bits4Farms supplier dashboard is simple to use. Products can be uploaded in less than 2 minutes, sales statistics,
account management and more can be accessed from one central location.

Monthly
B4F aims to deliver all suppliers with a strong presence on the Google, Yahoo and MSN search engines. Research shows that in New
Zealand 92% of all purchases or information searches start with the internet, with this in mind B4F is developed using leading edge
search engine optimisation methodologies.

The site is developed to focus on the name of your product and index those names through the search engines. When a buyer
performs a search similar to the title of your product your page will appear. This form of optimisation is particularly suited to highly
specialised product ranges selling to informed buyers.

All our ongoing advertising and other promotional activities will bring other traffic to the B4F website and is covered in your monthly
subscription of $149 + GST.

This level of spending on other types of advertising could buy you a very small advert in one region of the Yellow Pages, a general
listing on Yellow Pages online where you are one of thousands of listings or one 15 second spot on the radio each month. This would
not cover the smallest advertisement in any high circulation magazine or newspaper.

There is no limitation on the number of products or brands that you list on B4F under your supplier account. The more products you
list the more search engine presence you will build. Similar websites developed by our web development team deliver their clients
in excess of 35,000 unique visitors per month. No other advertising can deliver this level of focused traffic.

Transactions
In the early stages it is best to think of B4F as a promotional tool, selling will come later. Initially it is about building online presence
for your brand. However, if a customer wants to purchase a product from B4F they can, we want to encourage the impulse purchase.
For this reason B4F has implemented a streamlined online shopping system where customers can purchase multiple products from
multiple suppliers and only pay once on a single credit card transaction with B4F. B4F then distributes funds to all suppliers related
to a buyer’s order.

There is no administration from your end, the funds appear in your account on the 20th of the following month and invoices are
automatically saved to your dashboard. All products sold through B4F attract a nominal 7.5% transaction fee. This is largely to cover
automated bank processing fees and merchant charges from Visa, Mastercard and Amex. Merchant fees from most banks can be
around 6.25% on standalone e-commerce sites before any monthly maintenance or other fees are applied.
