in various field of Personal & General Administration on operational
& Managerial level while interacting with different nature of human beings.

Industrial Relations:
• Effectively & Patiently handled labor problems like strike on shop floor
& hold negotiations for its successful redress.
• Played important role in arriving at & signing wages & Bonus settlement
with union.
• Handled firmly disciplinary problem, cases from time to time & taken
legal action.

For smooth & Peaceful work policy for good faith of staff & works

HRD
Actively participated in formation of policies on Personal &
Administration like wages, incentives, Travel labor and its
effective implementation.
Commercial:
Banking
• Day to Day Banking routine like deposit and withdraw cash from bank.
• Govt. Payments like sales tax, income tax, P.F., Excise, G.E.B.
• Preparation and submission stock statement.
• Maintaining B/P, D/P records
• Preparation of bank review statement and co-ordinating between C.A. and
Bank Official.
• Day to Day excise routine work & Preparing all necessary records like
GR, I, RG 23 part I & II, form IV etc.
• Monthly submission of RT 12
• Excise Audit
• Liaison work with excise dept.
Sales-Tax
• Preparation for sales-tax assessment, like sales & purchase statement also 'C'
form, 'H' form, 'F' form, Form 40 statement.
Carriers Objectives:
To accept the challenging work from organisation and reaching
the goal by hardworking with a proper planning.
Positive and practical attitude towards the work, also leadership
skill with high ambitions.
To achieve goal by the way of democracy or autocracy.
I am also well aware the formulation of G.I.D.C., G.E.B. and F.D.A. apart from
this I have better knowledge of stores and purchase.
