AVAILABLE: Able to work any shift, but prefer PM’s or NOC. Also available to wor

I have been a nurse for 15 years. Six years as an LVN, and the last nine y
ears as an R.N. My 15 year nursing journey has taken me through a variety of nu
rsing areas including; Med-Surg, Telemetry, Acute and Sub-Acute Rehabilitation,
Transitional Care, SNF, Home Health and Hospice. I have worked with patients w
ith a variety of illnesses, trauma and disease processes. Some of those include
; Cardio-Pulmonary disease, cancer, diabetes, orthopedic injuries, open and clo
sed head injuries, and CVA’s. I am familiar and proficient with most medical equi
pment including; Ventilators, trach’s, IV’s, NG/GT tubes, and suction devices. I h
ave been a staff nurse and in supervisor roles. Also, in 2006-2007, I was a cli
nical instructor for the EMC/MJC LVN program.
Nursing is not a job to me, it’s my career. Having the ability to help peopl
e is my reward. I am energetic and hard working. I have excellent communicatio
n and clinical skills. I get along equally well with patients, family, and staf
f. My focus is always on safe, quality patient care. I am confident that with
my experience and eagerness to learn, I will be a valuable employee. Thank you
for taking the time to review my qualifications. The following page will list m
y previous employers, schools, and references. I look forward to hearing from y
ou soon. You can reach me at the address, phone number, or E-mail address above
