Manager, Parker Store Liaison
Project-manage completion of 5 new store locations, as well as design and projec
t-managing complete remodel for 3 existing stores. Co-direct daily operations of
stores with VP of Sales (13 total employees). Hire and evaluate personnel, impl
ement store policies, and hold authority on spending for both operations and pro
jects. Manage complete design and implementation of the company's training progr
am; document and monitor all store training activities.
KEY CONTRIBUTIONS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
Completed successful $278,000 new store build-out in Fremont, including manageme
nt of subcontractors, procurements, deliveries, schedules, budgets, logistics, a
nd final construction activities.
* Drove completion of $71,000 Fresno remodel and $67,000 Sparks remodel, oversee
ing schedules, budgets, and project cycles for both initiatives. Contributed to
a 35% increase in sales for the Fresno location based on new layout.
* Completed $24,000 San Leandro facility remodel that resulted in a 15% increase
in sales. Developed supplies procurement, safety audit, and operations audit sy
stems. Led procurement of $30,000 advanced quality control system (CMM) and desi
gned new large hose storage system subsequently implemented in all locations.

Senior Process Development Engineer
Project-manage transition of new product from design to high-volume manufacturin
g phase. Scope of responsibility included, managing scope, budget, schedule, log
istics, designing high volume production floor layout and flow, overseeing equip
ment and materials procurement, directing production floor and test station deve
lopment, conducting training across various areas, including inspections, produc
t assembly, testing, QA, packing, and shipping. Additionally trained manufacturi
ng engineers on product support, fixture design/testing, and SPC methodologies.
Managed 4-6 engineers per project.
KEY CONTRIBUTIONS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
Launched 2 products in Thailand (220 employees), 2 products in the Philippines (
87 employees), and 4 products in Costa Rica (185 employees), with a total value
of ~$85 million.
* Improved knowledge and capabilities for over 30 manufacturing engineers in pro
duction flow design, product improvement, process and procedure development, and
SPC through training and mentoring initiatives.
* Offered position of Director of Manufacturing Engineering for the Costa Rica p
lant (2,100 employees, including 41 manufacturing engineers) due to exemplary pe
rformance.

Associate Design Engineer
Managed design of sub-assemblies as part of a team of designers on a larger proj
ect; designed complete amplifiers for smaller projects. Maintained project scope

Designed 14 GHz single channel tower top power and 450 MHz / 5KW precision load
pull tuner; redesigned 1900 MHz single channel base station power amplifier.

ations and performance verification.
** Prior position as Manufacturing Engineering with Hewlett-Packard. Oversaw sev

and implementation of a specialized soldier alloy and attachment process that wo
uld eliminate several hand assembly steps and reduce cost of selected sub-assemb
lies (process is currently in use and saved $1,000s in assembly work).
