Job Summary: Responsible for all aspects of the daily operations of a Loan Coor
dinating Team. These processes include ordering and tracking of credit and coll
ateral documentation, reviewing such documentation for completeness and accuracy
, responding to and providing status information to Brokers, Settlement Agents,
and internal interested parties and confirming loan terms and closing terms to c
omplete the loan process. The Loan Coordinating Coach ensures that work distrib
ution, oversight, and pipeline management meet service level agreements. The Lo
an Coordinating Coach ensures that all requirements as outlined in the Secured H
ome Lending Policy Manual and applicable Guidelines are followed. The Loan Coor
dinating Coach hires, trains and supervises the staff and identifies associates'
strengths and challenges, taking steps to raise their development through estab
lished guidelines; Establishes staff work and lunch hours to ensure proper phone

Duties: Underwrite and approve prime 1st mortgage loans (perform credit review,
render credit decisions-approve/decline, on conforming and non-conforming conve
ntional loans) to FNMA/FHLMC underwriting guidelines. Underwrite and approve 2n
d mortgage loans. Approve and issue pre-approval certificates; obtain PMI appro
val; prepare monthly credit committee minutes (approvals, declines, and withdra
