Features
1. Smooth and calm cutting and low cutting forces at higher feed rates.
Cutting forces reduced by 25% compared with conventional type. This is achieved by use of a positive style insert with
chipbreaker groove and edge notches. Double insert design gives the cutter a smooth cutting action and excellent production.
2. Plunge cutting possible because of better crack resistance on cutting nose portion.
By providing sub chip pocket at spiral nose R-portion to eject chips smoothly and improves crack-resistance.
3. Reliable insert location and improved security for heavy operations.
Fitness of clamping key is improved to prevent insert movement during the cutting action and inserts thickness adapted,
giving increased impact strength for safe production.
