CAREER HISTORY
President, Belk Printing Technologies, 2005 to 2010. Mid-sized
commercial printing company competing throughout North and South
Carolina. Oversaw all operations of organization with four Vice
Presidents and eight sales personnel as direct reports. Created
Touch One, Belk's first entry into digital printing. Full P&L.
Group Vice President, Consolidated Graphics, 2001 to 2004. Largest
commercial printing company in the U.S. with over 75 operating
companies in 25 states and Europe. Managed a domestic group of 17
operating companies overseeing operations, monitoring profitability
and providing coaching / counseling to each company President.
Group President, Southern Group, TC Advertising, 1994 to 2000.
International advertising and printing company serving commercial,
publishing and retail verticals. Managed $400M business unit
comprised of seven plants, five sales offices, group office and
1400 personnel. Achieved average earnings growth of 11% per year
vs. 8% target.
