ASO (Access Service Operation) is one of the units in charge of managerial handling of
disruptions (Assurance) and new installations (fullfill) both wifi and IndiHome.
so, we are more often in the office than in the field

the customer's home,

ASO (Access Service Operation) adalah salah satu unit yang bertanggung jawab atas penanganan
manajerial gangguan (Assurance) dan instalasi baru (fullfill) baik wifi maupun IndiHome.
jadi, kita lebih sering di kantor daripada di lapangan. Kita lebih sering mengerjakan data. Dua
minggu awal saya menangani order tiket gangguan dari pelanggan

Dan untuk mentor di agensi: 1… .. 2 …… 3 ……. Untuk mentor pak ... dia sangat sabar dan bisa
mengayomi saya dan teman teman. Untuk dua mentor yang lainnya mereka lebih ramah dan
sudah menganggap kita teman sendiri karena masih muda.

Jadi kita dijelaskan mengenai perangkat tersebut dan cara penggunaannya

untuk nomor 4 ini sedang memproses data pelanggan, untuk ditindaklanjuti oleh seorang teknisi

untuk nomor 5 ini, kegiatan kami di lapangan, yaitu pemasangan indihome di rumah pelanggan
jadi kita berempat dibagi menjadi dua kelompok. Saya bersama dengan amir diberi kesempatan
untuk melihat pemasangan indihome di rumah pelanggan

6,7: untuk proses instalasi, hal pertama yang harus dilakukan adalah memasang kabel FO dari
ODP ke rumah pelanggan,

8: Jika penarikan kabel selesai, lanjutkan proses splicing untuk memasang konektor SC ke kabel

9: maka ini adalah pengaturan indihome untuk UCTV dan internet dan proses menginstal

jadi dihari terakhir kita mempresentasikan laporan hasil kerja lapangan kepada pembimbing kita.
Untuk yang non teknis mungkin saya akan bercerita tentang hal hal menarik yang pernah saya
alami yaitu ketika itu pembimbing saya lagi rapat, saya dan teman teman diberi tugas buat
mengecek data pelanggan. Tiba tiba pembimbing saya datang dan bilang “ wah sekarang ada
final bulu tangkis asian games “ dan beliau langsung menyalakan tv dan seketika yang ada
diruangan tersebut juga ikut melihat pertandingannya. Suasananya jadi ramai bahkan ada yang
bersorak ramai ketika melihat pertandingan.
Yang berkesan lagi ketika awal kita masuk pkl kita juga pernah diajak makan bareng dengan kru
teknisi lalu ketika hari terakhir pun kita juga ditraktir makan namun ketika itu kami diberikan
kejutan. Ketika kami ingin pamitan kita tidak diizinkan pulang bahkan kami diberikan tugas lagi
dan ternyata mereka mengulur waktu karena pesanan makanannya belum datang. Setelah datang
kami makan bersama dan setelah itu kami pamitan.

For the non-technical, maybe I will tell you about interesting things that I have experienced,
namely when my supervisor was again in a meeting, my friends and I were given the task of
checking customer data. Suddenly my supervisor came and said "Wow, now there is an Asian
badminton final," and he immediately turned on the TV and immediately the room in the room
also saw the match. The atmosphere was crowded and some even cheered loudly when they saw
the match.

What was more memorable when we first entered the street we were also invited to eat together
with the engineering crew and when we were treated the last day we ate but when we were given
a surprise. When we wanted to say goodbye, we were not allowed to go home, even we were
given more assignments and it turned out they were buying time because the food orders had not
arrived. After coming we ate together and after that we said goodbye
