I was in charge of receiving all incoming material into the company. Kept all re
cords of material received, processed material on a priority basis, unloaded tr
ucks, drove company truck and van, assisted in the shipping department, packaged
products for shipping, helped expeditors with moving material out of receiving
to production floor, stayed late to receive incoming shipments from UPS, FEDEX,
trucking companies, etc., called for pickups, delivered material from our wareh
ouse, reported damaged goods, reported directly to traffic manager, had one addi
tional employee under my supervision.

I have performed detailed/mechanical inspection of sheet metal formed parts, sta
mpings, assemblies, and machined parts from aluminum, steel, titanium, and magne
sium using micrometers, verniers, gages, mylars, inspection tooling and blueprin
ts. The inspections included inspecting for proper placement and length of flang
es, swagging, joggling, mitering, chamfering, proper thickness of material, hole
size and placement, beading, vertical and linear dimensional checks, surface fi
nishes, paint, plating, anodizing, alodine, welds, angles, heat treating, aerody
namic contours, automated shot peen surface penetration, chemical etched surface
s to remove metal, flanged holes, cracking, Dow 17, and resin. I have maintained
test data samples and other inspection records.
Included in my quality assurance experience is the ability to review technical p
ublications through sampling techniques for technical competency, accuracy, cont
inuity, clarity and adherence to manual requirements, specifications, and standa
rds.
I have a working knowledge of content of specifications used in technical public
ations contracts, with the ability to interpret and apply specification requirem
ents to the inspection review process. I was responsible for all end product del
iveries to the customer per contract delivery dates.
I represented quality department at weekly planning and review meetings. Travele

Temporary employment through employment agency. Worked as a test technician for
computer software in the New Product Development Center. Performed tests of new
computerized mailing machines (GEM) per written test procedures. Kept log of all
test results for future analysis.

I have performed detailed/mechanical inspection of all types of rotary wing airc
raft hardware, components and assemblies using all standard types of measuring i
nstruments and blueprints incorporating SPC techniques and using sampling proced
ures and tables for inspection by attributes per ANSI/ASQCZ1.4 and MIL-STD-105.
I have followed all inspection requirements per MIL-Q-9858 Quality Program Requi
rements and MIL-I-45208 Inspection System Requirements. I have also done receivi

Receiving Inspection. I inspect all types of incoming parts for Sikorsky Helicop
ters including hardware, electrical, rubber, foam, composites, plexiglas, alumin
um, steel, assemblies, labels, consumables, etc. to blueprints, mylars, and Siko
rsky and government specifications. I also interface with the supplier to resolv
e problems with missing or incomplete First Article Inspections, Certifications,
and assist the supplier with rejected material.
