* Initiated department restructuring that yielded an additional 8,320 man-hours

procurement methods.

Planned and coordinated all maintenance and repair efforts for 13 assigned AC-13
0U Gunships valued at $1.56 billion. Oversaw support equipment, tools and test
equipment valued at $8.2 million and managed a $17.4 million operating budget.
Held position as Chief of Maintenance during wartime and contingency exercises.
Directly supervised 285 personnel.
* Orchestrated 10 major aircraft modifications and completed those modifications
120 days ahead of schedule.

* Streamlined aircrews debriefing resulting in 30% decrease in debrief errors an
