September 2006 to March 2010: Routine Maintenance Planner/Scheduler for the BP O
utside Utilities High Voltage Group. Accountable for delivering planning and sch
eduling services to the refinery utilizing SAP, Primavera, and Microsoft Office
software. Ensure that the planning and scheduling services under my accountabili
ty are of the highest quality in support of the site goals and objectives. Ensur
e consistent planning and scheduling applications are applied in support of site
maintenance work process controls procedures.

es for maintenance work (corrective, preventive, predictive, inspection requirem
ents, short outage/unit shutdown, etc.) including number and type of crafts, man
-hour estimates, materials, special tools/equipment, and specialty contractors i
n accordance with maintenance work processes.
Ensure development of and maintain library of routine job plans.
Ensure that a job work packages include Detailed Work Plan, Bill of Materials,
reference drawings, QA/QC package, technical procedures, HSSE procedures, CoW et
c.
Facilitate cost effective and expeditious completion of maintenance work with Re
finery Maintenance Scheduler, Programs/Shop Maintenance Supervisor, Asset Coordi
nator, and Contractor Job Representative to meet Programs/Shop budgets.
December 2000 to September 2006: Planner\Scheduler for Fluor Global Services, wo
rking onsite at the Bp Texas City Complex. Primary responsibilities include, dai
ly, weekly, monthly, and annual schedules. Estimating routine maintenance, capit
al projects and turn around activities, procuring material, cost and man hour tr
acking and reporting. Also including the following:

Read and understand plant design drawings, plant specifications, vendor drawing
s, equipment drawings and field sketches
Prepare accurate and detailed job plans through the use of field visits and int

Assist the Lead Planner/Scheduler in developing and reporting performance metri

Field verify material, equipment, tools and labor requirements for each job
Requisition necessary maintenance materials required to perform planned job tas
ks. Ensure materials meet all applicable plant standards
Maintain up to date work order backlog in SAP.
Ensure historical information for each work order is entered into SAP.
Other duties and responsibilities assigned by FGS management, and/or written in
to the FGS site maintenance planning procedure.
Provide following information and assistance for unit cost forecasting/tracking
:
* Communicate schedule and cost variances daily with MALT assigned Performance E
ngineer.
* Ensure Performance Engineers are forwarded copies of daily, weekly and special
schedules.
* Invite Performance Engineers to scheduling meetings, and meetings called for s
pecial projects.
* Forward copies of estimates for major job, unit, or equipment outages to the P
erformance Engineer for cost forecasting.

August 1998 to October 2000: Instrument/Electrical Designer for Demar Engineerin


g, Inc.
Duties included: assisted design manager in all areas, served as lead designer o
n field design projects with limited supervision, coordinated work for personnel
working on projects, execution of design scope and schedule, created and compil
ed complete drawing packages, maintained drawing books, checked other designers
drawing packages, interfaced with project managers, project engineers, and clien
tele and with contractors on the job site. Supervised construction personnel thr
ough installation and checkout phases of field projects, generated design change
orders as needed. I have extensive experience doing field walk downs and estim
ating. I offer experience with Allen-Bradley and Honeywell TDC 3000, Moore Apacs
, Foxboro I/A. Five yrs. experience with Autocad 14, and had begun doing work in
AutoCad 2000.
March 1998 to May 1998: Instrument/Electrical Designer for Deaton Engineering, I
nc. Duties included, field walk downs for collection of data, for the creation o
f estimates for control system as-built documentation for McNeil Consumer Produc
ts Division in Round Rock, Texas. Created as-built P&IDs for McNeil for their va
lidation requirements for the FDA. Created construction package for piping and c
ontrol system modifications done for a Memorial Day shutdown.
November 1997 to February 1998: Instrument and Electrical designer for Instrumen
t Control Service, Inc. Duties included: Served as I/E inspector for Occidental
Chemical Corp., at their PVC facility in Pasadena, Texas. Worked directly for pl
ant personnel on their Line 7 Expansion project, doing onsite visual inspection
of installation, and operation of instrument and electrical systems. Also instru
ment loop checkout and buying loops for Oxy, as well as commissioning of their n
ew ABB Advent Taylor DCS system.
November 1995 to November 1997:Instrument and Electrical designer for Triconex S
ystems Inc. Duties included: assisted design manager in all areas, served as lea
d designer on field design projects with limited supervision, coordinated work f
or personnel working on projects, execution of design scope and schedule, create
d and compiled complete drawing packages, maintained drawing books, checked othe
r designers drawing packages, interfaced with cabinet integrators in manufacturi
ng, as well with project managers, project engineers and with clientele at the T
riconex offices, and with clientele and contractors on the job site. Supervised
construction personnel through installation and checkout phases of field project
s, generated design change orders as needed. I have extensive experience doing f
ield walk downs and estimating. I offer experience with Foxboro I/A, Allen-Bradl
ey and Honeywell TDC 3000 control systems. Designed and supervised the installat
ion of field projects for Weyerhauser Corp. in Springfield, Oregon(turbine contr
ol);Exxon Corp. in Benicia, California (turbine control) and Chevron Company U.S
.A. in ElPaso, Texas (emergency shutdown system)as well as many projects that we
re not turn key for Union Carbide, Arco Chemical, Texas Eastman, Rohm and Haas,
BASF, Saudi Aramco, and Proctor & Gamble. Proficient in a Windows environment wi
th Microsoft Office. Two years AutoCAD experience with R13&14 doing as-builts an
d red line mark-ups.

es Inc. Worked as an I&E tech on many projects in and around the channel area pe
rforming all phases of industrial electrical construction including, high voltag
e hook-up, controls and motor controls, instrument loop check, wiring of program
mable logic controllers and distributive control systems. Served as electrical f
oreman on the Exxon Baytown Olefins Plant installation of a Triconex ESD system
on the plants "L" and "V" compressor decks, as well as other various projects.

journeymen electricians in all phases of industrial electrical construction in
many various plants in the Houston/Gulf Coast area.
