Carl Hoburg has an extensive financial services background with senior level inf
ormation technology and operations experience and a decade of international work
primarily in Europe but also in Latin America. He has led large information te
chnology (IT) and operations implementations as well as consolidations in a numb
er of organizations. He was part of an executive team that successfully led the
turnaround and sale of an investment services start-up. He has worked on the qua
