3. Key points

a. Allocation Requests can be submitted for TDSC Approved contracts only

b. Allocation Requests may be submitted by SR, Dealer, TDSC Division and TDSC HQ for the contracts for which they are eligible

c. Allocation Requests submitted can be withdrawn if they have not been further processed

d. Allocation requests will be considered for automatic allocation based on the Allocation Request date and time sequence in ascending order

e. E-mail notification to be sent to relevant division person with a copy to HQ person in case of other division allocation (automatic allocation step Stock
other division / WIP other division)

f. Allocation of vehicles automatically allocated to contracts can be changed manually only after cancellation of its automatic allocation

g. New Allocation request to be submitted for a contract if its automatic allocation is cancelled

h. Other division allocations identified by automatic allocation execution


• If no response is received from other division, Allocation request awaiting other division response will be considered for next automatic allocation run
• Other Division ‘Approved’ allocations will be allocated and vehicle stock transferred in the next automatic allocation run
• Other Division ‘Rejected’ allocations will again be considered for allocation in the next automatic allocation run
• Other Division response may be changed if the allocation request has not be processed further

i. After allocation cancellation the stock of the vehicle will be moved to the forecast order which produced it.
If the vehicle was forecasted by HQ then vehicle availability will show default allocation to HQ.
If the vehicle was NOT forecasted by HQ then vehicle availability will show default allocation to Division and Dealer of the contract to which it was last
allocated.
