Non-Profit Organization’s Terms and Conditions for Participating in the “Help My

Community” Program

The Potomac Trading Co. DBA "Neelamga!” Company and Non-Profit Organizations
choosing to register to participate in the “Help My Community” program. Click here
to learn more about the “Help My Community” Program This agreement is a formal
contract defining the terms and conditions between the “Non-Profit Organization”
(organization signing up for the “Help My Community” program) and the
“Company” (The Potomac Trading Company), and is considered signed and agreed
to by clicking the the “I agree” button at the end of the “Non-Profit Sign Up Form”
available at: http://neelamga.wufoo.com. The agreement consists of the following
details:

1. The Potomac Trading Company (“Company”) operates Neelamga


(http://neelamga.com), a online mall where big-ticket items such as cars, trucks,
boats, etc. are sold by local dealers (Sport Chevrolet, Sport Honda, Lexus of
Rockville). These sales qualify for a special cash-back-reward that can then be
donated to an approved non-profit organization that is registered with
Neelamga. By registering for the “Help My Community Program, the Non-Profit
Organization becomes approved to be eligible to receive the cash back reward
as a donation.
2. ”Company” is hereby authorized to use the name of the Non-Profit
Organization in general marketing and promotional material as they are related
to the “Help My Commuity” program.
3. Non-Profit Organization agrees to email its members and introduce and
inform them of their participation in the “Help My Community” program.
4. From time to time Non-Profit Organization will send the email its
established email list to remind them of the partiticaption in the “Help My
Community” program.
5. “Company” Will make sure that each and all items for auciton or sale on
our site is legal, morally acceptable, and inoffensive.
6. “Company” will act responsibly when marketing with references to non-
profit’s participation, and will work with great enthusiasm to ensure
quality control of products and branding.
7. If the Non-Profit Organization decides to end their participation in the
“Help My Community” program, the Non-Profit Organization have to give
72 hours written notice to terminate the relationship.

8. Both parties herein agree that this “Participation in the Help My Community
Program Agreement” shall be in accordance and governed by the laws of the
state of Maryland.

9. This agreement shall remain in force until cancelled via written contact (e.g. mail
or e-mail) by either party.

10. From time to time, new features and services will be added to the “Help My
Community” program, and the program may be in the future cancelled or
changed with prior expressed notice to all parties affected by these
changes.

11.The Potomac Trading Co. reserves the right to cancel or terminate the
participation of any non-profit involved in the “Help My Community” program at
any time.

12.Donations through Neelamga to an approved non-profit organization will be


made per a seperate agreement and understanding made between the
Company and the Non-Profit Organization.

13.These terms and conditions are subject to amendment and change without
notice.

14. This agreement creates no liability or legal responsibility whatsoever


for the Non-Profit Organization regarding the purchase or sale of any
goods, or any acts done by The Potomac Trading Company.
