SUMMARY
My approach to my profession is as a professional. I enjoy working hard and inte
racting with people. I am an excellent technician, understanding and fixing thin
gs has always been easy for me. But my true strength is my attitude toward my cu
stomers. I believe I'm there to fix the customer as well. Because an unhappy cus
tomer has a broken relationship with our company and that needs to be just as mu
ch a priority as fixing the equipment. I have always had a strong work ethic and
study to know my responsibilities as best I can to ensure that I do my best. I
like to be organized and to keep my work environment clean and neat. This does n
ot mean that I'm afraid to get my hands dirty, on the contrary - I always leave
the equipment I work on, and surrounding area, clean and looking good, as well a
s working at it's best. I'm conscientious, meticulous, and careful about my work
and take pride in a job well done. Do I have Degrees? No - but a positive atti
tude, good values, a philosophy of working hard and being ethical, plus lots of
