equaling annual savings of $500M annum by the utilization of energy efficient e
quipment such as motors, pumps and fans, increasing efficiency of boilers and tu
rbines, utilization of C&LM programs, contract renegotiations for coal and elect
ricity and coal stockpiling for the reduction of energy costs for manufacturing

Reduced Eastman Kodak Companys Utilities Division maintenance costs by $2.5 mil
lion dollars annually by utilization of reliability centered maintenance from pe
riodic maintenance schedules while maintaining safe, reliable operations.
Increased profits by $1.3 million annually of sales to a company bottom line by
introducing project management to a company and the utilization of aftermarket
parts in older boiler rebuilds and repairs for the Powerhouse Technology Company

Decreased construction costs as a Sr. Project Manager for a micronized coal R &
D project by $750 dollars for the Eastman Kodak Company by utilization of an ex
isting ash water reservoir that was setting on bedrock to support a building ad
dition to support new micronized coal equipment for and existing project. This $
37.5 million dollar project involved two public utilities, NYS DEC and the Eastm
an Kodak Co. The R & D project was a success and all four parties received a bon
us of approximately $8 million each for the success of this process which was fu
nded by the state.
Directed a project study with an outside engineering firm to study decentraliza
tion of the existing plant and decentralization of the plant. From the results o
f the study, working with construction firms, boiler and chiller companies, NYSE
RDA and Federal Energy Star Program, the results are very close. But the main qu
estion is that decentralization could be done and the CEO of BioMed Realty Trust
is ready to go to decentralization decision. This will also involve the demolit
ion and new construction of three new buildings in the coming year which could b
e a $150 million dollar expansion. Work is currently proceeding with three const

ld are listed below. I was divested Cinergy/Duke in 2000 as an engineer only.
Plant Manager/Sr. Engineering Manager/Sr. Energy Manager/Manager of Project Mana
gement 1999-2000
Directed the fossil fueled power plants, large refrigeration plants and trained
approximately 150 personnel, including engineers, technicians, operators, and me
chanics. Progressively provided support to steam, electric, and waste departmen
ts by evaluating data to develop and conduct reports for executive management, u
sing strategic planning to execute and prioritize initiatives, and evaluating pe
rsonnel and practices to ensure safety and productivity. This includes medical f
acilities at the Eastman Kodak Company. Coordinated with OSHA, ASME, HSE, and o
ther local, state, and federal agency representatives to maintain legal complian
ce and provide input for expense and capital projects. I was divested to Cinergy
