personnel of both Metro-North and employees of railroads with
trackage rights on Metro-North
* Maintained and upgraded in-house payroll system to interface to
MSA payroll package. This system took railroad-style payroll
transaction slips, and used them to build transactions for the MSA
Payroll package, which was designed for more typical companies.
