rame to walk through. Estimate and manage medium to large size residential proje
cts. Direct support to architect on multiple water & fire restoration projects f
rom design to owner walk through.
Tasks: Manage day to day operations of all projects. Check all trades for qualit
y and code compliance. Scheduled 15 subcontractors and 45 employees while ensuri
ng minimal disruption to our client's daily operations. Oversaw design, scheduli
ng and estimating from blue prints. Managed and directed installation of design
layout, framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, insulation, paint, cabinet, floo
ring and government inspections. Performed value engineering while ensuring qual
ity control and time management. Negotiated subcontractor and supplier pricing.

Drywall Colorado Inc.
Tasks: Estimated all jobs from blue prints and submitted proposals to purchasing
. Hire subcontractors, employees and suppliers. Trained and evaluated all team m
embers. Developed relationships with new homebuilders on both national and local
levels. Negotiated contracts with builders and suppliers. Ensured all quality a

Accomplishments: Signed multiple, multi-year contracts with Pulte Homes, Tiffany
Homes and DR Horton. Accomplished set up or the new company under budget. All

Project: Manage field and warranty crews for 3600 residential and multi-family h
omes yearly for national and local builders. Hire and fire employees according t
o quality and production expectations set by company owners.
Tasks: Manage 10 field supervisors, 50 warranty techs, 300 production workers, 1
5 sub contractors and 4 administrative assistants. Scheduled daily tasks for all
warranty and production workers. Ensured quality control and compliance with a
ll local and government building code regulations. New product development and i
mplementation.

s Inc. in 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2001 at multiple subdivisions. Comple
