* Chaired a Change Advisory Board for the 27th largest retailer in the United St
ates. Oversaw groups of employees from across the enterprise with decision autho

* Streamlined computer operator functions to improve production through-put. Ide
ntified all computer operator commands and physical interactions with mainframe
